Third Person POV:
"Keep your voice down Inasa. . " The small girl poked the loud males arm. She was a lot shorter than everyone else around her. The only acceptation being Mineta. She had pale blue eyes and magenta hair pulled back in a ponytail with a few strands left down framing her face. She was pale and looked kind of frail.
"RIGHT, SORRY SHIZU" The small girl winced as Inasa yelled again.
"I don't think you know the meaning of quiet. . " The girl muttered.
The class was herded away by their teachers. "Who were those people Mr. Aizawa?" Midoriya asked.
"The loud one was Inasa Yoarashi he came in first in the recommendation test. He is a first year just like all of you. The small girl is Shizu Artemis. Also a first year."
"Did she get in on recommendation?" Mina asked.
Aizawa hesitated. "She didn't have to take the entrance exam. She wasn't recommended either. They let her in mostly from the sheer power of her quirk. Misuse of it is prohibited and she could be executed for misuse of it. She's already on a fine line with the government right now." Silence greeted his words so he continued, "She's actually set to come to UA after this, she moves around schools every once in a while."
Immediately everyones interest peaked at those words. They were all distracted however by the arrival of Ms. Joke.

"Are you sure about splitting up, Inasa?"
"POSITIVE SHIZU, YOU'LL BE GREAT! I'LL SEE YOU AT THE FINISH ROOM!"
The girl sighed. "Of course Inasa, see you there." She watched him fly away towards the city scape then headed off towards the waterfall zone. Her hero costume was a tight black skirt with a white and thin black striped blouse. Knee high black boots and socks, the boots had gold clasps on the side. She had a long coat over her shoulders with gold hassled shoulders and sleeve cuff liner and clasps. She had on the Shiketsu High School hat, but the strangest thing about her appearance was the blindfold she wore over her eyes. It was solid black and completely covered her eyes. She was using all her senses except for sight. She had a whip on her belt loop if needed.
(A/N: all credit goes to the artist, I just like this design for her costume just with the Shiketsu hat and a blindfold over her eyes.)
She made it quickly to the waterfall zone and stood still for a moment, listening. Then she sat down. She knelt on the ground and waited. A large group of people started to approach her, laughing at how easy this was going to be to take her down. Then they froze. They could't move no matter how much they tried. If you looked at it the right way you could see faint, thin, silvery strings attached to their arms and legs. Shizu had her arms extended to either side of her body and the strings came right to her fingertips.
She twitched her fingers and the people around her were forced into a kneeling position. She stood and one by one tapped their buzzers, taking out 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. . .25. . .53. . . 100. . .130. . .205 kids in one go. As the buzzers came in the tired host started to choke on his coffee.
"WOW! IF I THOUGHT 120 WAS A LOT SOMEONE JUST GOT 205 KIDS IN ONE GO!!" Throughout the stadium and finished building there was shocked whispers. Who had gotten more than Inasa?
Shizu released the people under her control and bowed to them silently then walked away towards the room. As she did, Bakugo's and Midoriya's groups approached the building as well. She entered the building just before they did so when they came in Shizu had been approached by Inasa and her seniors.
"HOW MANY DID YOU GET SHIZU?!" Inasa yelled at the small girl as he left towards her. She backed up a bit, wincing at the noise.
"I got 205. . " She said, loud enough that her seniors could hear her. The two groups from UA also heard her and shocked expressions came over all of their faces.
"SO THAT WAS YOU! HAHA! I'LL HAVE TO BEAT YOU NEXT TIME!" Inasa shouted.
"Inasa there won't be a next time any time soon remember? I'm going to UA after this."
Inasa's smile dropped, "Awe. Thats right. I'LL HAVE TO FIND YOU AND BEAT YOU THEN!" He cheered up quickly.
Shizu sighed, bowed to her seniors then went to sit on one of the chairs. She sat down a few seats away from Todoroki. At first he thought she didn't know he was there but as she sat down she nodded to him before looking towards the ground, her eyes still blindfolded.
Unbeknownst to Todoroki Kaminari and Mineta were staring creepily at the small blindfolded girl until Jirou and Momo stepped in front of their vision, Jirou stabbing the two boys in the eye with her jacks with a scowl.
"Knock it off you two." The two of them moved towards Shizu, leaving the boys rubbing their eyes in pain.
"Hello! Shizu Artemis, correct?" Momo asked, politely extending a hand to her.
"Yes, and you two are?" The girl shook Momo's extended hand. Momo felt a light shock as their hands touched, then a shiver when the girl pulled away. 'Strange.' She thought to herself before speaking again.
"I'm Momo Yayourozu and my friend here is Kyoka Jirou. We understand you're coming to UA soon after this exam." Shizu nodded along to her words.
"Yep, I believe its two days after this is over? I'm in class 1a. Which class are you in?"
"Oh! We're in 1a as well!" Jirou spoke up with a smile.
"It'll be nice to know some people then." The girl smiled lightly.
~~A few days after the licensing exam~~
"Most of you will remember that I mentioned someone joining UA." Murmurs met Aizawa's words. "You may enter." He called towards the doorway.
A small girl entered the room. She had magenta hair and pale blue eyes. A couple gasps as people remembered her from the licensing exams. She came to a stop and faced the class with a nervous smile on her face.
"Hello e-everyone. I know some of you, and to those w-who don't know me, my name is Shizu Artemis, I transferred from Shiketsu High."
"Tell them what your quirk is." Aizawa told her.
"Puppet Master."
