Bakugo Katsuki x OC 🥀🌹

Name: Rune Amaine

Quirk: Mind Tricks; When she uses her quirk, her hands glow gold along with her eyes. If she puts her hands up close to her opponents head she can create very realistic illusions of peoples greatest fears. With enough power she can bring parts of the illusion to life. Can also force someone to tell the truth. Basically just gets in someones head with tricks that can become dangerous.

Hair: Long black hair with gold undertones. Natural not dyed.

Eyes: Heterochromatic eyes, one stormy grey one dull gold. When using quirk eyes glow bright gold.

Wings: Two sets of dragon wings. One set from her shoulder blades, the other from the middle of her back. Same olive skin tone but fades to black. Membrane is gold with black specs like dark stars.

Info: Was rescued by pro heroes. She was held captive by a group of villains. She has scars all over her from being tortured and her mouth was sewn closed. If they remove the stitches, since they were poorly done, she could lose her tongue preventing her from speech anyway. Was also experimented on and forced to grow wings.

"Alright everyone. We have a new student joining the class today. Treat her with kindness. You can come in now."

A girl with long black hair entered the classroom. She had scars all over any visible skin. She wore a doctors mask over her mouth and nose.

"This is Rune Amaine. You can take a seat next to Bakugo." Aizawa said as he pointed at the scowling blond.

The girl nodded and slipped into her seat with hardly a sound. The day seemed to pass by exceptionally slow as everyone was eager to get to know the new girl.

The bell finally rang and almost immediately Rune was swarmed by the students.

"What's your quirk like?"

"Where'd you get all of those scars?"

"Why did you join so late in the year?"

"Do your wings have something to do with your quirk?"

"Can you turn into a dragon like Riyukuu?" (A/n: I know that's probably wrong sorry.)

The dark haired girl seemed to shrink in her seat as more and more questions flooded her. Inside her mind she felt like she was drowning. Then a loud yell was heard over all the questions and little explosions fired off;

"BACK OFF SHITTY EXTRAS SHE CLEARLY DOESN'T WANT TO ANSWER ALL THOSE QUESTIONS!"

Before anyone could say anything Bakugo grabbed the girls wrist and dragged her out of the classroom and down the hall.

"Are you ok." He asked bluntly.

The girl nodded but he still had his back to her so he didn't see.

"Well?!" He whipped around to the girl. They were now in an empty hallway.

The girl nodded sadly again. Bakugo looked at her, confused.

"Why won't you speak?" The girl hesitated for a moment.

Then she reached up and removed her mask. She looked up at Bakugo. Over her mouth were messy, stitches. They sealed her mouth closed preventing her from opening her mouth to say anything.

Bakugo just looked at the girl, for once not scowling as he looked worried.

"Who. . . ?"

The girl rummaged around in her bag and pulled out a pen and pad of paper.

'I haven't been able to speak since I turned 10. I was held captive by villains, who tortured and experimented on me. I didn't use to have wings if that gives you an idea of what the experiments were.'

She wrote before handing the paper to Bakugo.

He looked at the girl, shocked. She was only 15 and had been through so much more than any pro in a lifetime.

Her stitched lips spread into a smile.

'You look really funny when your shocked.' Before he could blow up though she wrote one more thing;

'And cute.'

That shut him up quickly.

Gradually Rune began to open up to her classmates, starting with Bakugo. One day she came to school without the mask. Even Monoma from 1b had nothing cruel to say. She wrote all her answers down on paper and always had a notebook and pen with her.

She was powerful there was no doubt about it and when she trained everyone was always wary. Even the teachers were nervous around her. Her quirk was absolutely terrifying but she had good control over it.

One day when she was training against Bakugo. She used her quirk on him. Only they could see the image that appeared. Both of them had frozen. She quickly stopped the vision and ran up and gave Bakugo a hug, startling everyone including the ash blonde.

She never gave away what his vision had been. But if she was she would have told you that it had been her. Dead. She tried not to use her quirk on Bakugo again.

At some point in the year they started going out. Much to everyones excitement. They had been trying to get the two together for months.

One day, Rune was given an offer. Some doctors had come up with a way to remove the stitches over her mouth. There was a 60% chance of success. Rune took the offer.

She was out of school for 12 days. Requesting no visitors wanting to keep the outcome a surprise. This just caused the entire class to be on edge for the entire 12 days she was gone. Bakugo more so than everyone else, causing him to snap at people a lot more than normal.

Finally those painful 12 days were up. Mr. Aizawa arrived late that day. He entered the room and without a word curled up in a corner in his yellow sleeping bag. He had given them no instructions so the class just started talking amongst themselves.

Kirishima had dragged Bakugo over to Kaminari, Mina, and Sero. Bakugo sat facing away from the door with a scowl on his face.

"What if Rune's surgery failed?" Kaminari asked worriedly.

"SHUT UP." Bakugo yelled as Kirishima restrained him from blowing the electric blonde's face off.

"Katsuki?"

A voice sounded from the doorway. Bakugo whipped around to face the door to see Rune standing in the doorway looking confused.

"Why are you trying to blow Kaminari up?"

Kirishima let go of Bakugo who had gotten very still.

"Rune?"

"Yep! It was a success, can you beli-" She was cut off as she was wrapped into a hug by the ash blonde.

She poked her head around his arm with an amused look on her face as she asked Kirishima;

"How bad was it?"

Kirishima grinned; "He lashed out so much it was almost funny. He missed you. We all did."

"Shut up shitty hair." Bakugo mumbled half-heartedly.

Rune smiled and hugged the ash blonde. "You know we still have class so you have to let me go. right?"

Bakugo just mumbled something incoherent.

Rune sighed, "Love you too sparky."
