Known Name: Hypnos (After his quirk)(Hypnos means sleep)
Quirk: Hypnos -Can put people to sleep. Must look target in their eyes and snap their fingers to put them to sleep. Drawback is it takes away from their sleep time, so if person uses the quirk twice that day they lose two hours of sleep, the time to start a new hour of less sleep is one hour in current time. Users of this quirk tend to be very sleep deprived and clinically insane but they're good.-
Appearance: White blonde hair with the tips dyed reddish orange. Dark bags under his eyes. Eyes are a sea green/blue. Often seen wrapped in a blanket or two sometimes with a pillow. "Villain outfit" is a cropped black hoodie with a tight fitting navy blue tank top underneath, black ripped jeans, a blue and white beanie, and a couple bracelets complete the look. Usually wearing black and white converse high tops.

Age: About 20, not confirmed but about Dabi's age
Height: 5 feet 8 inches (5'8) or 172cm
Sexuality: Bisexual (A complete disaster btw)

"Oh it's been sooo long since I've seen action!" The white blonde exclaimed as he lay on his stomach, staring over the edge of the cliff down at the forest and the unsuspecting heroes in training.
"Be a bit quieter why don't you?" Dabi grumbled as he also looked over the edge of the cliff.
"Hmph. I'm just getting bored waiting. When do we get to go down there anyway?"
"Tonight." The scarred villain turned away. "Come eat."
The white blonde grinned and pushed himself up to go grab some food before the attack. However he promptly fell over as his vision blacked out for a moment. "Wow. I should sleep."
"Yes you should honey you're going to collapse if you don't get some sleep before we get out there." Magne called to the blonde as she ate some more of the food they had brought.
"Yeah probably. Mind if I use your cement thingy to sleep on for a bit?"
"It's a magnet but sure, it always amazes me that you can sleep anywhere in almost any position." She said with a smile.
"Eh, I sleep when I can sleep. Don't matter where." The white blonde replied with a lopsided grin as he grabbed a couple small pieces of bread and ate them quickly before making himself comfortable on the magnet.
Spinner sighed. "As long as he's awake by the time we need to get moving."
"He'll wake up! We'll have to kick him awake!" Twice shouted from the other side of the circle they sat in.
Toga giggled as Mustard told him to shut up. The blonde slept for the rest of the remaining time they had left. Just as Dabi was moving towards him to kick him awake he bolted awake and sprang upwards, landing in a Spider-Man like position.
"Cool! What the fuck was that?!" Twice said as the blonde straightened.
"Focus you two. We've got a kid to capture." Compress spoke up from the edge of the group.
"You bet pearls!" The blonde shot finger guns at the magician.
"Pearls?"
"Yeah! You put things in blue pearl, marble things!" Compress sighed and waved off the young mans response.
