Chapter 5 - Friends?

"Bye Kian!"

"Bye babe!"

Kian and I go our seperate ways out of the mall.

He waves at my mom and my mom waves back and we walk to the car.

I carry my bag that holds my fabulous new dress. Kian tried to pay for my dress but I couldnt let him. So I sneakily put 40$ in his pocket.

He'll find it eventually.

My mom drove us home and I immediately went to my room to check my texts, instagram, twitter, the usual.

I'll call Em in a bit, I've had a long day of confusion. Maybe tomorrow, since its Sunday, I can just have a lazy day and just think about stuff.

Like, why does Kian like me all of a sudden? Is he going to hang out with me at school? What's his secret? What was he talking about to that guy?

Ugh I need some icecream to think this all through.

I head downstairs and grab some Cookie Dough ice cream and head back up to watch some movie on Netflix.

I'm halfway in when my phone buzzes,

It's been 2 hrs and I see you read it!!! Dude call me. Stopppppp igggnnnorringg meeee!!!!!

I call Em up and after one ring she answers with "Talk."

So I explain to her basically everything leaving out the part about Kian talking to that guy in the mall, that's to weird.

Once I'm done,I hear a sigh.

"Just don't get into trouble, k?"

Em won't bother arguing because she knows once I find out about something I have to know the whole storry no matter what.

"Em I'll be fine, I can deal with Kian, and I don't think he'll be beating up anyone for a while"

"Alright fine. Well imma go to sleep its past midnight you know."

Oops. Time flys when you have Netflix. Did I mention I was halfway into my 5th movie?

We hang up and I realize I literally haven't eaten all day except for a smoothie at the food court.

I head down stairs to warm up a piece of pizza when my phone buzzes again,
