*First day of 10th Grade*

Nobody's pov

Sam was just at her locker memorizing lines on her phone for her auditions this saturday, Carly ran up to her "Sam! I cant wait for our first class in our 10th Grade!" She exclaimed, "Yeah.. huh what?" Sam looks at Carly confused, she didnt listen to what she was saying at all, "Sam were you even listening?" She asked, "Nope.." Sam truthfully said and "What are you so focused on anyway?" Carly was trying to peek on her phone, Sam immediately switched to another app and saw a fat cake picture, "Really? Fat cakes? You were so focused on fat cakes?" Carly gives her an unappealing look, "We didnt see each other for a three months except video call, and all you care about is fat cakes?" She added while crossing her arms, "I'm sorry. Anyways... how was- shoot" Sam drops her water bottle on the floor and picks it up, "When did you get so curvy?? And how?" Carly asked in shock and amazement on how little time they had, one of them already developed so much

"I dont know... puberty?" Sam shrugs and laughs.
(Btw Carly and Sam already looked like their season 4 selves)

Freddie walks to the girls, Sam's back was turned to her locker while putting some stuff in, "Hey Carly.. you look great! Still with Griffin?" He asked while raising an eyebrow, "Yup! But we just video called since I was in Sweden with Spencer and my dad to surprise him for his birthday" Carly replied, Sam turns around "Hey Fredwiener. I dont see anything that changed with you"  she implied, Freddie looks her up and down, "Hey nub! My eyes are up here" Sam gestured to her eyes, Freddie snaps back.

"So... did any of you find your soulmate or are their names finished?" Carly asked, "Nope, I guess when your soulmate is farther than you, you'll get more descriptions and locations other than letters. Mine is T, A, H, N" Freddie implied, "Oh thats hard to find" Carly replied, "Mine is E, D, R, and I forgot.. I'll check my notes on my phone later" Sam said as she walks away.

*After School*

They were all walking home, "Do you guys wanna have a girly cow marathon tomorrow?" Carly asked, "I cant.. my mom's taking me to see her lady doctor" Freddie replied and rolled his eyes, "Then I guess Sam and I-" Carly gets cut off by Sam shaking her head, "Cant Carls... I'm busy tomorrow" Sam declined, Freddie looks confused at Sam "You're busy? For what!?" He exclaimed in confusion, "I uh... I-I'm going to my job... yeah!" She lied successfully, "You got a job?" Carly asked, "Yeah... to pay back what I owe you.. which is how much?" Sam replied while rolling her eyes, "$526 dollars but we agreed that you have till April next year just incase you get fired from your job" Freddie implied, "Where do you work?" Carly added a question, "Chilli my bowl... but its far from Bushwell Plaza so there isnt a-any need to visit me there...." Sam hesitates, "um okay..." Carly muttered.

They arrived at the Shay's apartment, "Hey Spencer! Do you want to have a Girly cow marathon with me tonight?" Carly asked while nudging Spencer with her elbow, "I cant kiddo... I have to finish a sculpture at socko's house at 7am tomorrow" he implied while patting Carly's head and walks to his room.

*The next day*

Sam wakes up at 6am to get ready for her audition. After getting ready, she went to get a taxi to drive her there, of course she didn't want to pay but she had too... she sighed before walking in the building then she felt someone bump into her.. it was a very familiar voice, "Hey watch where yo-.. Spencer?" Sam gets cut off in shock that Spencer was there. "Sam? I thought you were working at Chilli my bowl?" Spencer asked, "And I thought you were going to work on a scultpure at Socko's house?" She hits him with a new question, Spencer looks at her hand, she was holding the unfinished or not full script of "Best Player" he furrows his brows, "Are you auditioning for Best Player?" He widened his eyes, "Yeah... are you?" Sam raised both her eyebrows, he nods.

"Since when?" Sam asked, "I saw it on twitter and I read the plot of it on their website and the characters. I thought that I might try it out because this plot seems really fun and also because I've acted when I was younger.. I just never told Carly" Spencer explained, "Me too actually... but I saw it on picstagram. Who are you auditioning for?" Sam asked him while she was looking at the script, "Quincy/Q" he answered, "I'm auditioning for Chris/Prodigy" she replied. They both walk in the building and sit down to wait for their turns to audition.

Spencer was first, he went in. "Hello I'm Spencer Shay and I'll be auditioning for the role of Quincy Johnson" he instroduced himself, the director had gotten his headshots and they started.
10 minutes later Spencer walks out of the room, "Goodluck Kiddo!" He motivates Sam and leaves.
It was Sam's turn, she walks in a bit nervously... "Hi, my name is Sam Puckett and I'll be auditioning for the role of Chris Saunders" Sam introduced herself, they got her headshots and gestured her to start.

About ten minutes later, she walks out and leaves to building to see Spencer. "How'd you do?" He asked, "Good I think.. hopefully I get the role though. What about you?" Sam asked, she walks in Spencer's car when her gestured her to go in, "lets just say that it was better than other auditions I've had*chuckles*" he chuckles, "did you tell Carly and Freddie?" He adds a question, "Nope, I just didnt want to tell them" Sam replied, he nods because he understood how she felt... he didnt tell Carly or Freddie or Gibby either.
