Nobody's pov

It was early morning, Carly and Freddie were talking in the halls, "Guess what day it is todayyy!" Carly squealed, "Uh.. Sunday?" Freddie assumed, Carly slapped his arm "It's Feb 14! You know.. Valentine's Day" she reminded him, "Oh.. well.. you want to be my Valentine?" Freddie nudged her arm with his elbow, "Wh- Freddie! Valentine's Day is like soulmates day, for the people who found or know who their soulmate is, you have to spend atleast a full day and overnight with them to see your compatibility" Carly informed him, "How do you know all these stuff?" Freddie asked, "I-I've um.. I've been reading alot of soulmate books" Carly muttered trying to not be heard from other people and be embarrassed, "Oh.. Wait.. I have to deal with Sam for the whole day even midnight till morning?! Are you kidding me?" Freddie whisper-yelled, Carly just nods "I thought you like her?" she furrowed her brows in confusion on why Freddie is making such a big deal about it, "I mean yeah.. some parts of me do right now but my mom is expecting my soulmate to be like, I don't know.. a very polite, respectful, vegan girl. She's going to freak if she finds out my soulmate is Sam" He replied, "Plus, you said stay overnight at atleast a soulmate's house, Sam's mom won't even let me in their house when I owed Sam 5 fat cakes because of a bet I lost, so the only sane-ish family there is between us is mine, and my mom will probably try and annoy her with her old music" Freddie reasoned, "That's very true" A familiar female voice was heard behind Freddie, he turns around with his eyes widened and see that it was the blonde herself, Sam Puckett.

"I don't really care if she plays old songs from the 19s or early 2000's, I've listen to alot of song genres. Since I used to figure skate, it was kinda a requirement to listen to different types of song genres no matter the year" Sam added then shrugged her shoulders, "Yeah but you don't know my mom... all she listens to are sappy love songs" Freddie groaned, Sam's face curled up a bit, "Sheesh, those types of songs? bleghh, I only have a few exemptions" she stated then rolled her eyes, while Sam and Freddie were talking, Carly was grinning and she sneakily walk away looking at her two bestfriends almost squealing because of romantic excitement, (Or sa mga filipino dito, kinikilig yieee. Dejowk XD).

"O-oh um yeah here.." Sam took something out from her backpack, it was a chocolate bar that looked fancy, she handed it to Freddie, "W-what's this for?" he asked, "Since you know we're soulmates.. figured I'd give you this.. from friends though! Not anything romantic" Sam clarified, Freddie chuckled.. "Unlikely to receive something nice from Sam Puckett" he smiled, "I know... I was wondering why I even bought it. Well, see ya at class Fred-pus" Sam walked away walking to find Carly. Freddie just looked at the chocolate bar Sam gave him, he had a little grin plastered on his face then sighed.

Freddie's pov

Well... t-that was unexpected. I feel bad now... I couldn't give her anything, there's still 15 minutes before the bell rings, I saw that there was a flower cart across the street.. hopefully Sam doesn't find flowers too cheesy. I walk across the street to see the old lady selling roses and daffodils. "Hello, would you like to buy some flowers?" the old lady asked, I nod while looking at the flowers, "You're really thinking this through.. it's for a very special lady huh? Your soulmate perhaps?" She assumed, "U-uh.. well she is my soulmate but we agreed there wouldn't be much romance between us.. we're um just friends" I implied, the old lady nodded and started to take some flowers away, "Tell me... do you like her?" Okay.. why is this lady asking me such personal questions.. "I-I mean.. kinda.. yes." I answered nervously, she takes some tulips, red roses, and daffodils away. The cart was left with purple roses, blue tulips, red orchids, and purple orchids.

"What is she like and why do you like her?" The old lady asked, I um.. that's a weird question.. What is Sam like? um.. "She's uh.. confident, bold, she's usually um.. happy when I give her *chuckles* food she likes, she" I pause and smiled, "She was my first kiss... and she can be independent sometimes and that's.. that's what I admire about her" I say, wow.. that felt weird to say but.. in a good way. The old lady smiled and replaced the blue tulips with purple tulips, and she takes away the red orchids, all the flowers left was purple.

She pointed at the purple rose, "This purple rose symbolizes adoration of someone and love at first sight. You seem to really admire her and since she's your soulmate, this flower would be a perfect match" She claimed, then she points at the purple orchid, "This purple orchid also symbolizes admiration but it also shows boldness and pride" She then points to the purple tulip, "Lastly, this purple tulip symbolizes royalty, happiness, and confidence. These three flowers would be perfect for her, I promise you.. she'll love it" The old lady explained all, it's true.. all those really do say how Sam is, "How much are these?" I ask, "The lowest price I can give you is 33 dollars, these flowers cross breed and are very rare to bloom" O-oh.. that's why it's so expensive, *sigh* for Sam.. "I'll take it" I say, I open my bag to get my wallet... apparently the old lady saw the chocolate Sam gave me, I saw her brows raised and smiled, "Both of you will make good soulmates" I looked at her confused, "I assume your soulmate gave you that chocolate" She pointed at the bar, "Yeah, why?" I asked, "That costs 35 dollars, it's an exclusive flavor that's only been released tp different parts in the U.S.A so it's very rare here in Seattle" She replied, I gave her the money and was shocked. Sam bought me.. something expensive and rare, why? I guess these flowers should be good for her.. The florist gave me the flowers wrapped in this clear wrap with blue and red wrap as a second layer with a purple ribbon tied around it, "I guess you two really mean alot to each other, hope you kids the best of your soulmateship" she said and I nod, "Thank you" I say and walk back to school, 8 minutes till the bell rings, good timing.

I opened Sam's locker since I know her and Carly's passcode. I put the flowers in her locker then closed it.

*Lunch time*

Nobody's pov

They didn't go to their lockers yet, they were just at the cafeteria. Carly and Gibby were talking about him just learning about radishes, Sam was just busy eating her burrito and texting some other friends, who are those friends you ask? Well it's non other than her friends from L.A, Beck, Jade, Tori, Cat, Robbie, and Andre. She grew up in L.A until she was 7 years old in 2nd grade, she had to move. She still kept in touch with her L.A friends till now though, the only down side is that Carly and Freddie don't know. Freddie looked at her almost devouring her burrito, he just chuckled, "What?" Sam looked at him with a slight glare, "You just have some uh *chuckles* sauce on the side of your mouth, here" Freddie informed her and wiped the sauce off with his handkerchief, Sam looked at him confused on why he did that. "um the chocolate you gave me, where'd you buy it? I don't think it was released here in Seattle yet" Freddie asked, "I have my ways nub" Sam answered and finished her burrito, "Thanks for the chocolate" Freddie added, he stared in her blue sky eyes, she stared into his chocolate brown eyes.

"*giggled* You know if you two are done mesmerizing each other, the bell just rang" Carly told them, Sam snaps out the trance, so did Freddie, "O-oh, yeah let's go back to class.." Freddie said, Sam, Carly, Gibby, and Freddie walk to class.

*After School*

Carly had to get home quick since Spencer called her saying he started a fire again. Sam and Freddie walk to the girl's locker, Sam opens her locker to see a 3 flower bouquet with different types of purple flowers, she raised both her eyebrows gently and smiled a bit while holding the flowers looking at it, "Happy Valentines day... w-well you know.. as friends" Freddie said, Sam took the flowers, closed her locker, and walked to the dark art room without saying a word to Freddie. He thought that Sam hated the gift, Omg she hates it.. I'll follow her and apologize. That's what was in Freddie's mind the whole time.

He walks in the art room and opened the lights to see Sam's hand on her mouth, breathing heavily and was tearing up a bit, "Sam.. I know you hate it I'll ju-" She turns around to Freddie, "Shut up" She muttered then kissed him for about 6 seconds, "That was a friendly kiss.." Sam said after the kissed, he pulled her into a hug, he smiled, "Thank you..." Sam thanked him. Freddie leaned in to kiss her for another 6 seconds, "That was also a friendly kiss. *Chuckles* You're welcome" he said. They stayed in a hug for about ten more seconds, they start to walk back to Bushwell Plaza, "*Chuckles* That was a weird moment awhile ago. Where'd you get these flowers?" Sam asked, "I bought it from this florist across Ridgeway.. Wait so do you like it?" Freddie looked at her, "Y-yeah... Anyways, you sure your mom won't freak out with me staying at your apartment overnight?" Sam changed the subject, "I'm sure she will but I know how to convince her" Freddie answered, "Cool.. I already have some clothes at Carly's so I'll just get some there" Sam told him as they walk into Bushwell Plaza.

Sam and Freddie reached the Benson's apartment, they open the door to see Mrs. Benson on the couch reading "Vegan Magazine" till she saw Sam, "Samantha Puckett.. why are you here?" She asked in an unwelcoming tone.
