"Hey, new girl, you okay?" Stacy's hand flashed in front of my face, frantically waving up and down. We had just entered the girl's dorm. I was still reeling In shock. That had been my first kiss with someone other than Alex, and I can assure you, he had never kissed me like THAT before.

"Um yeah." I gave a shaky laugh and allowed s bit of the old Jayda through. "Does... He uh.... Kiss everybody like that?" Stacy gave me an odd look, and before I could apologize for my nonsensical question she had burst out laughing.

"You aren't nearly as experienced as you've let him believe are you?" Shrugging sheepishly I smiled softly.

"Sorta." Stacy giggled.

"OhmyGod if he knew that, you would so be dead." I glared at her.

"But he won't find out right?" Instantly the hyper blonde sobered up.

"Never." Leading me down a well furnished hallway she pushed open the door. "Annnnnddd..... Voila!" Completely ignoring the fact that my parents were in the room I quickly opened my mouth, shut it, opened it again, and spoke.

"Damn." My father gave an exasperated shout and enfolded me in a proud hug. But all I could focus on was the room. It was friggin ginormous. A Queen sized bed sat proudly next to a balcony window, with another equally large bed next to it, and a flat screen against the cream covered wall. A fancy dark wood desk was close to the bathroom, which I had no doubt was a master bathroom. A couch had been placed in front of the tv and a walk in closet had been added next to my bed.

I had known my family was rich, but certainly not THIS rich.

"Oh honey we're so proud of you!" My Mom cried, throwing her arms around me dramatically. "After all you went through...." I pulled away and gave her the stink eye, tilting my head towards Stacy. She got my hint and quickly closed her mouth. Her eyes turning apologetic, she quickly mouthed "sorry!" I smiled and looped my arm through hers.

"Mom, Dad, this is Stacey." Stacey immediately took control of the situation.

"We already met remember silly? She exclaimed. "But it's nice that you'd introduce us anyways!" I blushed, and silently thanked the universe for making my blush a dainty, faint pink hue instead of the strawberry red most people got.

"Forgot, with all the excitement." I stressed the word excitement, and while my parents assumed it was because I had been accepted, Stacey understood my double meaning. Aiden puzzled the shit out of me, and I was determined not to let him get the better of me.

"Mr and Mrs. Werth?" Stacy's face adopted an apologetic expression. "I'm really sorry, but the Headmistress informed me that in order to let Jayda settle in, you weren't supposed to stay long." After that came the tearful goodbyes and hugs. I admit, I would really miss my parents, but it was no use acting like a depressed ignorant child anymore. I had to get over Alex, and get over him I would. This might just be the thing to do it.

"Oh, and one more thing!" My Mom shouted out behind her. "Your clothes should be here tomorrow!" Thank God. If all I had to wear was the uniform laid out and pressed on my bed, I'd be in a helluva lot of trouble.

"So, what's the deal with Aiden?" I immediately turned to Stacey. "I just met the kid, and already he is acting like an ass.

"He treats everybody except his friends like that." Stacey shrugged. It's not really special treatment he's giving you, but it isn't normal. Before he targets someone he usually waits at least a week." I flopped down on my cushiony bed.
