Mike and I had an amazing day. Dispite the fact that he's been acting weird all day.

"I'm hungry Mikey" I complained as he once again wanted to go on the giant slide. We've gone down it literally five times since we've been here.

"You're always hungry" He complained.

"That is not true"

"Yes it is! You're just like Luke, bottom less pits. And you're both fucking skinny as hell I don't understand how?"

"It's called having a high metabolism" I laughed as I spotted a restaurant across the street from where we were.

"So where are we going after this?"

Mike questioned as we walked into the restaurant.

"I don't know we could go to my house for a little, my dads probably making a cake or something" I shrugged my shoulders.

"Why would he be making a cake?" Mike questioned sheepishly.

"Oh shit I forgot I didn't tell you" I smiled slightly.

He rose his eyebrow at me waiting for me to continue.

"Yeah it may or may not be my birthday?" I said but it came out more like a question.

"What! And you didn't tell anyone!? What the hell!?"

"I'm sorry! I just didn't want to make a big deal out of it, I mean it's different because certain people aren't here"

His face held a confused expression before he started to put the pieces together. His lips formed a sympathetic smile as I just shrugged my shoulders.

"Well I know for one Skilyn is going to be pissed." He stated sitting back in his seat.

We ordered our food, thankfully changing the subject to why I can't stand ketchup.

"So we should invite everyone since I know their gonna be mad at me for not telling them I know they'll be even more mad if I didn't invite them for Cake" I laughed as we headed out of the restaurant.

"No!" Mike said quickly.

"I mean uh I want to go to the park for a few, uh spend more time with just you."

"Mike's whats really going on?" I questioned crossing my arms.

"Look a park! I'll race you!" Mike screamed as he spotted a park a few blocks from where we were standing. I don't understand why he's acting so weird? He jetted off towards the park.

"Mike!" I laughed as I started to chase after him. His arms were flailing all over the place. It looked like he was trying to dance and run at the same time.

By the time I caught up to him he had already jumped up on the play structure.

"You're such a child!" I laughed as I followed him.

"It's what I do best." He bowed as if it were an honor.

I ran up as he jumped off the structure and ran to another side.

I tried to mimick his actions but failed as my foot got caught and I went flying down. A cracking noise filled my ears as I fell and a shooting pain went through my ankle.

I put my hands out in front of me as I hit the ground.

"Fuck!" I cursed as I grabbed my throbbing ankle.

"Whoa are you okay?" Mike ran over to me trying to hide his laughter.

I glared at him as he let a laugh escape and I tried standing up.
