End Up Here (Luke Hemmings) ON HOLD

I looked around at everyone standing in front of me. All of the friends I've made in the months that I've been here, in Australia, along with a few people I didn't know, probably just here because its a party.

Ski had on a baby blue, spaghetti strap, button down dress with a thin white lace sweater covering her shoulders & white sandals. A white bow in the back of her hair topping off her dark curls. Her hand was in Cal's tightly as they smiled at me.

Cal wore a baby blue button up shirt to match Ski's dress with a white shirt underneath and black skinny jeans.

Mike had on a matching shirt to Cal's but his shirt was grey instead of blue and similar looking black skinny jeans.

Ashton wore all black not really seeming too dressed up as he wore a black T-shirt with black skinny jeans.

Luke and Ashton seemed to have the same idea but Luke's shirt had "You complete mess" written on the front and holes at the knees of his jeans.

I was dressed in light washed high waisted shorts with my white Mayday Parade T-shirt tucked into it. I wasn't expecting a party.

"How did you know?" I questioned my smile growing wider as I  walked up to my friends.

"Luke said you spilled about your birthday a few weeks ago and we couldn't just ignore it!" Ski explained.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you guys I just-"

"We understand exactly why you didn't but we wanted to still do something, sorry if we overstepped" Mike interjected looking down at the floor.

"No! I'm so happy thank you guys so much!"

I ran over to my friends as I engulfed them all in a group hug.

A few hours later we were all eating cake and just laughing and enjoying eachother.

This turned out to be a great birthday I mean I fractured my foot falling off a play structure but I had a good day.

I grabbed my crutches and walked (or hobbled) into Luke's room where I had put all of my stuff including my phone. I checked it to see a bunch of birthday wishes from my family and friends back home, except one person.

"Hey, everything alright?"

Luke walked in seeing me sitting on the bed with my phone in my hands.

"Yeah I talked to my mom, she's doing really good, I just miss her." I shurgged as he sat down next to me.

"So I have something for you" Luke told me leaning over to the dresser and pulling something out of the bottom drawer.

"You didn't have to do that, you've done enough for me already" I laughed as I looked down to a little blue box with a silver bow on top.

"Shut up and open it" I looked down at the box and took it from his hands looking back into his eyes.

He had a slight smile in his face his sparkling blue eyes matching the box I had in my hands. Both of his dimples flashed making my heart race as I opened the box.

I gasped as I looked down to find a silver charm bracelet with two charms on it. One if the charms was a sparkling crystal dolphin wrapped around a saphire stone.

The other charm was a crystal penguin, the stomach was a ruby red stone.

"It's beautiful" I said looking down at it again.

"The dolphin charm is for you because you're favorite animals are dolphins and then the penguin is for me because their mine and then the stones are our birth stones."
