Is that smoke?

A/N still in Nikki's Pov
"Ty" I wanted that spear.

"Nikki don't go for it" he was staring at something or someone who was also looking at the spear. With out thinking I ran out of behind the bushes and sprinted to the spear. Ty tried pulling me back but he was to late, I wanted that spear.

"WATCH OUT" Ty screamed, out of the corner of my eye I see a guy running right at me with his sword. I dodge the sharp attack causing me to fall and roll to the spear, it had a metal handle just like in the training room. I grabbed it pulling it up with me and ran to my left away from Ty. I stopped running cause I ran out of breath, I bent my knees and held the spear head towards the guy, he was as tall as me. He picks up something off the ground I charge him with the spear in front of me, but he moved out of the way. I stumbled, I'm not good with this kind of stuff. I whip around and he threw a thick rock at my head causing blood to pour out of the fresh cut and down the side of my face, it hurt so bad.

Then he charged at me causing me to fall on the ground, him landing on top of me and the spear to fall out of my hands. Crap, am I going to die? No I'm not gonna. I kick his stomach and he flips off of me, I kick him hard in the ribs hearing a crunch as my foot hits his fragile skin. He was on the ground and I start to walk away picking the spear up with me. I can't keep fighting him. I hear him stand up making me turn around.

"I don't want to kill you." I stared at him but not being able to see his face, I saw he was clenching the sword in his hand

"And I don't want to die." all he said before charging at me. I lifted up the spear and use it for what it's meant for. I yank my arm back and whipped it forward forcing the spear to leave my now cut up hands. I watched it as it flew across the space between him and I, hearing the impact I looked to where it hit him.

The heart causing him to fall face first into the dry dirt. A roar of a cannon went off. I just killed someone.
"NIKKI WHERE ARE YOU?" I hear Ty's voice far away. How far did we go? I fell to the ground above the boy's body,

"NIKKI" Ty was getting closer. I looked at the sword, it had a tiny red gem on the bottom. Each sword and different colored gems. The one Matthew had was red.

"Nikki" Ty came running to me wrapping his arm around my back to comfort me.
"I killed someone" my voice grew quiet. "What's wrong with me" I couldn't stop crying. I didn't care about the pain, just the fact I did something I promised myself I wouldn't do.

"Nikki you had to, he was gonna kill you, it was self defense, I'm so sorry I couldn't help you, you ran so fast and I couldn't keep up and by the time I got there you were gone. And then I heard a cannon and I started to freak o-" he stopped talking

"He had Matthews sword." I grabbed the sword to bring back to camp.
"Nikki I'm so sorry" I just looked at him, into his heart stopping brown eyes. I just hugged him, causing us to both fall to the ground.

"You don't need to apologize, I shouldn't have gone for the spear." I just laid there next to him
"Nikki." He turned his head to me
"Ty?" I still was looking at the stars I could see.

"Look at me" and so I did
"Your beautiful." He smiled at me and kissed my cheek that wasn't in blood. "I'm cleaning you up in the morning."
We both laughed. He grabbed my hand, kissing the back of it. I looked back at the stars and wonder as I .fell asleep.

Does he love me?

-Ella's Pov-
I heard a loud cannon. Causing me to shoot up and scream.

"MATTHEW" I started crying into my hands, where is he. I was worried sick about him, he was one of my best friends and I needed him now more then ever, and he need me.

"Ella what's wrong" I turn my head to see a pair of hazel eyes looking at me. Mitch.
"I'm sorry I heard a cannon." I put my head back into my hands.
"We'll find him. I promise." Mitch pulled me into his warm arms. "It's okay Ella." He wiped my tears away from my cheeks, and kissed my forehead.

"It's okay" I collapse into his arms. I don't deserve him. Are we together? Does he really want to be with me?
"Mitch" I sit up
"Yeah Ella" he was confused I could tell.

"Mitch are we a t-" I got cut off with a scream. I jolted up, and looked around to see if everyone is there.
"Where Nikki and Ty." I was worried. Zoe and Lia stood up
"I don't know" Zoe looked worried as well

"we have to find Nikki!" Lia grabbed her sword, it was exactly like matts but with a blue gem, matts was red, mine was green and Zoe's was orange. All three of us grabbed are weapons, I wrapped my bow on my back with my arrows and backpack.

"What about Nikki's stuff." I looked a Zoe who had the less amount.
"I'll take it, it's just a bag and a knife." Zoe picked it up, the gel fell out and I looked at my knee which started to bleed again, seeping through the bandages.

I picked it up and sat on a rock. Trying to take my bandages off, the wouldn't come off. Mitch walked over to me and un tied them them and took the bottle from my shaking hands. It hurt so much.

"What is this?" He smelled it
"I don't know, Nikki used it on a cut and it healed almost instantly." He put some on he finger and rubbed it on my cut. The cut wasn't a cut, it was deep and blood was overflowing and poured out, it stopped bleeding and started to close up and in seconds it was healed.

"Whoa, hokay" Mitch stood up lifting me off the rock to make sure it worked and it did. I let go of him and went to the girls

"Let's find Nikki." And we started walking until I was twirled around into a tall Mitch.
"Not with out us." Jerome was walking to us
"we don't need help" Zoe snapped at them
"But Ty is gone too." Jason looked at Zoe. She smiled a smile I have never seen on her, she was in love.
"Okay but come on" Lia started walking again.

"Tell the rest we are leaving and to be on high alert." Mitch said to Jerome who ran to tell Adam. Another cannon went off and I started running.
"NIIKKI" I felt a tear form around my eye. "NIKKI" I saw Nikki next to Tyler, she was all cut up and blood on her face and arms. "NIIKKI" I screamed it louder then ever.

"Ella?" She sat up "what's going on?" She pushed tyler to wake him up.
"We heard two cannons and and you guys were g-gone." I turn to see who was coming, just the girls with the guys behind them.

"I'm sorry Ella I didn't realize" she looked scared
"What happen to you" Lia came rushing over to her, helping her up.
"It's a long story" Ty said sitting up. We took Nikki to a near by stream and cleaned her up, using the gel just on her head
"We need to save this stuff" I looked at her sword,

"Where did you get that." It was Matthews
"The guy I killed he had it" she looked down and back up to me
"You killed someone?" Zoe was smiling, why was she smiling
"I had to, they attacked me, I tried walking away but he kept trying to kill me." She started crying
"It's okay Nikki, you did what you had to" i kneel down and rub her shoulder. We all get up and start walking back to camp.

"Do you miss Matt Ella?" Nikki was looking at his sword.
"I do, I miss him so much." I look behind me
"Do you think he's dead." She asked
"Guys" no one was listening so I stopped Nikki and pointed. It was smoke. A fire?

"Cover for me" I was gonna go to see what it was.
"What your going by yourself? What if there's people and the attack you. No way I'm letting you go by yourself." Lia must have heard us. She walked to us

"Neither am I!" She looked at me, I knew they cared about me.
"Have Zoe cover for us." And she walked back to Zoe and Zoe agreed.
" okay come on." And we stopped walking to let them get a good distance before we ran to the smoke.
"Let's go now." And we started walking towards it.

I know this isn't as long as the other parts, I just was to busy. But I hope you enjoy the story. :)
