It begins

A/N you see more of Nikki in this chapter.

I look at Matt who looked like he was gonna cry, he looks at me and I smile and move my head to the left indicating where to meet up and he nods, I did the same to Nikki and Zoe.

I glance at everyone in the circle

I see him. And he looks at me saddens me to see him. But he smiles at me, we look at each other for a second.

I prepare to sprint

I breath in and out.

"Happy games and may the odds be ever in you favor."

I start sprinting I look around for Nikki and Zoe they got what they wanted and left.. I sprint faster i till I see two bows. Should I take them both?. With out hesitating i grab one of them and the arrows and started running to where we are suppost to meet up and I see a bag on the grass, I grab it wa'll running and I look back to see someone running at me. I whip the bag over my shoulder and grab a bow and an arrow, I see Nikki, Matt and Zoe. I turn around a shoot the boy who was following me in the leg. I could never kill someone. I got to them hearing cannons every five seconds

5,8,10 went off.
"Whoa you have a bow ." Matt says
"No time to talk let's go" Nikki starts running. We found an area on a hill to stay it was hard to see any thing, it was night by the time we got there.
"Nikki?"
"Here"
"Matt" There was a pause
"Here."
"Zoe?"

"I'm here too" she sat down.
"In the morning we should look at what we have but right now you guys sleep I'll take first watch." I say
"Are you sure? I could take first watch" zoe offers I didn't want to sleep.

"Yeah it's fine" and they all laid down and I sat on a small bulder.
-Time skip to morning-

" hey wake up" someone nudged me. I shoot up and see everyone awake.
"Morning sleepyhead " Zoe smiled and they laughed

" yeah whatever." We searched in the bags naming everything we had. I had some rope, an empty water bottle, some matches, and some food. I heard some movement in the bushes and past it off as an animal until everyone heard it

"Guys shush." I heard it move again
"Run" I heard Matt voice crack when he said that. We all grab our stuff and run. I looked behind to see a boy walking out. He looked scared. I stopped running

"Ella come on" Zoe grabbed my arm but I stay still.
"Look." She looks at the boy, he was tall and had blonde hair, his eyes were brown, and he looked lost. I walked up to him. And he started backing up

"Hi I'm Ella" I put my hand out
"I'm Ian."
"Hi Ian, this is Matt, Nikki and Zoe" I point to them
"Hey" they all say, I look him over and see a cut on his right hand.

"May I?" I pointed to his hand and he nodded. " Niki can you help this?" She looked at his hand an went into her bag pulling something out, a gel type thing and rubbed it on his cut.
"Ouch" Ian said jumping a little, it healed in a second. I look at it in amazement.

"I lost my sister, is it okay if i team with you until I find her?" I look at Matt
"Sure" Zoe said
-time skip.-

We were walking around looking for somewhere to stay for the night.
"Hey mayb-" Nikki started to say when all of sudden a girl with long black hair jumped on her, cutting her cheek and hitting her, I ran to Nikki as I pulled the girl off we both fell and I got up just to be pulled down again, she was on top of me and punched me a couple times, I tried getting out of her grip but it was to late. just as she was about to stab me, she looked over at Ian. She stopped and got off running to him, Matt stepped in front of Ian with his blade out.

"Ian?" The girl said
"LIA" he pushed matt out the way causing him to fall. I laugh. Zoe came back to see us and she looked around.
"What the hell happen here." Zoe sounded mad
