Time to leave again?

About thirty minutes later someone opened the door. I look up to see Dylan with that girl. I didn't move, Mitch shook me. I look at him and start to cry. He held me in his arms. Dylan turn to us and dropped his stuff.

"Dylan." I smile and run to him to hug him."I missed you so much." I kiss his forehead.
"Ella?" He looked at me
"is this real?" I pull away and look at him
"It is real" I smile
"this is Jerome, he's like another brother." Jerome came up to us and talked to Dylan. But the girl looked at me

"Ella this my girlfriend" he looks to her and smiles. She looks at him. "Her name is Autumn." I look at her and smile. She holds his hand.
"Hi I'm Ella" I stuck my hand out and she shook it

"I know who you are" she smiles." You were in the games." Her smile quickly faded.
"you need to hide."
"What why" I look around to everyone and back to her but she looked confused

"Ella" Mitch came up to me.
"Snows sent peace keepers out for you two" I look at her and back to Mitch
"After who?" I look around and then I saw a tear fall from Mitch's face as he looked away.
"Mitch?"

"We need to separate" I look at him and back up.
"W-What." I can't take this, not now.
"Mitch no way" I walk to my old room and fall onto the bed.
"Ella" Mitch followed me and closed the door. He jump onto the bed.
"Ella" I sit up

"Mitch I finally wake up and see you." I pause
"just to have you ripped away from me again because OF THAT JERK."

He looked at me and nods his head "what does he want?" I stand up."I'm going to find out." He stand up
"No" he walks in front of the door.
"Mitch, please." I hug him"I need to" I felt him move

"I'm coming too then" I smile"you may need some help" I laugh
"Okay" we both walk out to see everyone standing.
"What's going on?" Ty said
"What are we doing?" Lia got her sword ready. I look at Mitch
"WE ARE GONNA STAND UP TO SNOW" just as I said it the door swung open and my mom came in.

"Dylan I'm home" I hide behind Mitch "uh who are these peo-" she stops
"Mom?" Dylan said and she looked up at each one.
"Your from the games"

-Mitch's Pov-
I look at Ella's mom. She is like scanning us. Then she walked up to me and touched my face.
"You" she said then let go and looked at me with sadness.

"Where's my daughter" she walked back to Nikki. Looking around again
"Where is she?"
"Ella?" I whispered.
"I'm scared." I turn to her
"Come on" I hold her hand and walk her to her mother.
"Ma'am" she turned around and started crying

"Ella I missed you so much" they hugged
"Mama I missed you too" her mom didn't want to let go. "Dylan go get Alex." Ella's eyes lit up and her mom looked at Matt. She smiled at him. "Matthew" she hugged him "oh matthew, your so tall" she laughed. She knows him?

"I know" he smiles
"And you " she points at me and Ella stands behind her.
"Y-Y-You you are" she walked up to me "thank you" she hugged me
"For what?" She laughs so happily
"My daughter" then her eyes grew wide.
"I have to go to work." She rushed to the door.

"Stay hidden" she walked out of the house and I turn to Ella.
"Alex eh?" I smile and pick her up
"I get to see Alex!!!!, she gets to meet you and just" I start smiling and she hugs me

"Hey so who is Alex?" I heard Lia say. I saw matt sit down, looking upset.
"Matt it's not your fault." She looks up at me."it's okay."

"No it's not. I left you." He looked up
"But because of that I met Alex." I smile "she's like a sister to me, like you guys" She walk up to them and hugged them.

"You guys are family." Nikki says letting go of Ella and walking over to Ty.
"I love you." I could hear them say to each other. I look at the lonely girl still standing by the door. I pull on Ella's arm and walk over to her.

-Ella's Pov-
Mitch pulls my arm a little. I follow him as he walks up to Dylan's girlfriend. She looked lonely.

"Hey Autumn." I say and smile to her. She just looked at me,
"I know I don't know you well, but I would like if you were apart of this family too.'" Her eyes grew wide and she smiled.

"Thank you." She hugged me "thank you." She let go and looked at Mitch. Right then someone knocked on the door and Mitch looked out the window crack.

He didnt say anything put whisper to the guys who started moving everyone in the back. Then He grabbed me and pulled me back to my room..Why thought.

"Mitch Wha-" he covers my mouth with his hand and stand next to the closed door listening. I could hear different voices.

"Stay here" he said to everyone and the nodded. No way
"What are you doing." I whispered
"Seeing what's goin on." He backs away from the door and starts to open it but someone grabs the nob and closes it.

I look at Mitch and then someone said, that there's no one here but me and that they could check rooms. I remember the vent I made that could hold 5 people at a time, I run to it opening it quickly. It was on the wall but closest to the ground.

"Get in." Kate, Z, Nikki, Ian and Ty got in. I close it and put the screws in.
"It leads to outside" I whispered .
"Okay." Nikki sounded worried. I look at Mitch and Jerome.

"There's a hiding place in here." I whispered and grabbed my chair, getting on it and try to push the secret panel but I was to short.

I felt someone grab me off and watch Mitch open it. He helped Matt and Jerome up and in it. I hear them banging open doors and foot steps to my room.

"Come on." Mitch said as he reached out to me
." ELLA." He said a little louder
"Go up" he looked at me.
"Not without you." The footsteps got closer.
"Ella come on." I Shake my head. He tells Jerome To close it and he gets down and moves the chair back.

"Mitch please." I whisper and the foot steps stop.
"I love you." He grabs my hand a pulls me to the closet. The door opens and we slowly sit on the ground and to the corner. I feel tears fall down my face. What's happening?

I guess Mitch knew because he put his arm around me and pulled me closer to the wall. I hear them pulling and pushing things around. Then I see feet coming close to the closet and it open.

I freeze as the peace keeper moves clothing around, the others left the room and he moved the clothing covering me but not Mitch. He looked at me in shock, I recognized him. He looked around making sure they all left.

"You need to leave" He whispered. I looked at him
"W-who are you." I said and he just smiled. I looked him over trying to place him.. I've seen him before but where.

"Let's say an old friend" I didn't know him.. I don't think I did.
"NO ONE IS HERE" I hear someone yell. Was he gonna turn me in? He looks at me with sadness.
" You have to." I stand up and Mitch does too.
"Uh." Mitch grabbed his shirt

"Dude If you take her you are a goner" I look at Mitch and back at him. He backs up and closes the doors. And walks away. But we were still in the room. I look at Mitch who was looking at me

"He's turning us in." He said and open the doors and walked out and I followed. I unscrew the vent and they came out.

"I told you to leave" i say. Jerome and matt jumped down. when everyone wasn't looking I let go of Mitch's hand and slowly left the room. I didn't want the peace keepers to find everyone. I slowly close my door and started walking down the hall until I felt someone whip me around.

"What are you doing." I look at their Eyes. I saw sadness, lost, and love.
"I can't put them in danger." He looks at me.
"You turning yourself in?" I look away. "Why?" He hugged me
"To find out what he wants." I let go and started walking but he steps in front of me.

"Ella" I heard someone say behind me "it's time you pay" I froze I knew who it was.
Mitch was about to find out the truth about me. But all I could think is,
