Death?

"LIA GET NIKKI NOW" I scream and turn to the little boy.
"hello there" I smile and he just looked at me in the corner, I walk up to him and sit down.

"I'm Ella, my friends and I are gonna help you" he just stared at me. I look down at my arms, there are scares all over.

"I was in the um, the games." I look away to see Nikki coming in.
"Oh my god." She rushes over pushing me out of the was pulling stuff out of her bag
"what happened?" I look at the little boy

"I don't know, I just found him." I was gonna cry and then I leave the room. I walked into the next one to find two beds,purple and green.
Something moved under the bed, making me hold my dagger.

"Who's there" I heard crying, it sounded like a girl.
"I'm not gonna hurt you" I put my knife away and walk over to the green bed and sit down, looking at the purple one. I see a teddy bear on the other bed and I get up and grab it. I sit on the floor in front of the purple bed, I look at the teddy bear and smile. I push it under the bed and saw a little hand grab it.
"I'm Ella" the kid started moving out from underneath, it was a girl.

"I'm Kate" she smiles at me
"what happened to you?" She asked in a kind voice
"I was in a bad thing" I look at her. She's so young maybe a little younger then Dylan.

"Do you mean the games?" I was shocked she knew
"Yeah me and my friends" I start to cry but quickly stop
"who is that little boy?" She looked at the door so I turn my head, Matt and Ty were putting Mitch on the ground.
"Are you okay?" I turn my head to her
"What?"

"You looked sad when they brought him in, is he close to you?" She hugged me
"Yeah, I love him". I hugged her
"The boy is my twin brother, Zeiven."

She runs out the door but I sat here. She walks back in the room and grabs my hand
"are you coming?" I get up and follow her, she led me to the front door.
"Can you lock it so the man doesn't get in" she looked up at me and I looked around the room.

"What man?" I was confused and i squatted down to face her.
"The man who comes and beats us. We are to short to lock the doors." She looks at the door and I get up and lock it, she led me to the other door and I locked that too.

"When does he come?" She looked scared
"In an hour," I look at the room where the boy is
"Did he beat him?" She nodded her head
"is that why you were hiding?" She nods again. I start walking to matt and Ty.

"There's gonna be a guy coming soon." I took a deep breath
." He beats these children every day." I look at her.
"that's why the boy is dying, he was beat to much."

"What a monster" Ty walked up to the little girl
."no one is gonna be hurting you anymore." She hugged him, letting go of my hand I walk to Nikki and Lia.
"Found out what happened." Lia looked at me

"I heard" she looked at the boy
"he still hasn't talked but he's getting better." I look at him
"Can you guys excuse us?" I asked and Nikki left the room.
"What are you gonna do" Lia doesn't want to leave

"Please Lia, it's something I want to tell him." She looks at him and leaves. I close the door and sit by him
"I'm Ella." I started to talk hoping he would answer but he just looked at me, I look at his bruises, burns, gashes and cuts.

I continue talking
"um, I use to get beaten too. But not from my dad, from other people." I started tearing up
"they would chase me home everyday and hit me and threw rocks at me as I ran." I look down.

"One day I fell." He sat up
."and they had caught up to me before I could stand all the way, pushing me into the ground" he looks at my shoulder
."they beat me and kicked me and um" I took off my jacket, I had a tank top on underneath showing my shoulder and back. Giant and thick scars escape the shadows and shown. He got up and looked at them.

"they did this." He came back around, he looked at my arm, turning it over. My birth mark. He showed me his arm, we had the same one in the same place. I looked at him.

"Is your sister the same?"
"Y-Yes." He shivered, and then we heard Kate scream. I ran out to the living room with zeiven behind me. I see ty and matt on the floor and kate in the corner and a tall man walking to her.

"Trying to protect your selfs now are we? Now who's gonna help you?" I was scared
"I AM" I scream and he turns around. I push Zeiven behind me and the man walked to me
"Yeah what are you gonna do? Your just a girl."

"A girl who survived the games. And who has a dagger" I pull it out putting it to his throat.
"So you want to hurt them again, you have to go through me." He starts backing up
"huh? Oh not so tough now are we?" He shook his head and pointed behind me, I slowly turn and look up to see a cute tall boy with his bow pointed at the man, mitch.

"I suggest you leave now, and if I ever see you near here or these kids, your gonna get it" I look at Mitch and the man ran out the door.

"your okay!" I hug him and start crying "I thought you'd wouldn't walk up."
Kate and Zeiven were just staring at us.
"I would never leave you baby girl" he kissed my forehead"who is this?" He looked at the twins, I wipe my tears
"This is Kate and Zeiven. They are twins" Mitch smiles.
"I'm Mitch" he bends down but Zeiven backs away

"Z it's okay, he won't hurt you." I smile and z just examined Mitch.
"Hi!" Kate said, I look at z, he's still hurt. As Kate talked to Mitch I took z to the room he was in and started cleaning him off.

"Is he your brother?" He looked at Mitch
"you guys hugged for awhile" I laugh
"No we aren't, you could say he's my boyfriend"
I smile and z looked at me

"So you love him?" I stop and looked at Mitch
"I do love him" I sat there while I watched Mitch play with Kate. I turn back to z

"You guys should get some rest." I brought z and Kate to their  rooms, locking there windows and moving there beds to the doors just in case. I leave it open. I turn to Mitch.
"I missed you baby girl" he smiles I ran up to him and hugged him
"don't scare me like that again." I felt tears

"I won't."
