"Ian! IAN?" Mickey shouted he'd been looking everywhere for the boy. He finally got to the baseball field and there he was,
Just sitting there.  Mickey took the same path as Ian and climbed the gate. "There you are you motherfucker." He said once he got to Ian.

"Hey."

"Hey? Is that all you have to say I've been looking for you all day you dumbass." He said and sat down next to Ian. Mickey was mad, he was just trying to take care of Ian, be a good friend and Ian pulls this. "I had to get out of that house Mick. I had to get away." Ian answered.

"Why?" Mickey asked. "Because everyone's acting like I'm a nutcase, like I'm made of glass, and will shatter any minute. Also because of you." Ian replied his face was a mix of sadness and frustration. "Me? What the hell did I do except trying to help."

"That's the problem Mickey, your acting like my nurse and not my best friend."

"I was just trying to help." Mickey said and looked down at his feet, he really just wanted to help. He hated seeing Ian not ok. "Seeing you like that hurt , it hurt my fucking heart and I absolutely hated it. I just wanted to help, I wanted to make it better. It made me realize that I-" Mickey stopped and caught himself. Those feelings he'd been feeling about Ian, the jealousy of Aiden, the memory of the kiss was all bubbling to the surface and almost spewed out.

"You what Mickey?" Ian asked. Mickey was still looking at the ground. "Nothing Ian." Mickey said frustrated.

"No, you were saying something Mick finish what you were saying."

"No." Mickey got up and started walking away from Ian. "Wait Mickey please." But Mickey kept walking and Ian chased him.
They both climbed out of the baseball field and Mickey tried to get away by going down an alley but Ian kept following trying to get Mickey to tell him.

"Mickey please tell me?" Ian asked as he grabbed Mickeys arm and turned him around. "No Ian, I said no."

"Mick please." Ian said pleading.

"I- "

BANG!

And once again Mickey didn't finish his sentence. But this time is wasn't his choice.
