5 years later...

IT took me 5 years to finally go home now. May tatlong araw nalang ako rito sa Country A at mamakakuwi na ako. Imbes na apat na taon lang ang pananatili ko, naging limang taon pa. Kinailangan kong sumabak agad sa pagtatraining bilang isang director dito sa Country A.

Within 5 years, we didn't lose communication to each other. Lagi niyang chinecheck ang sitwasyon ko rito. Kahit na holiday ay hindi ko pinipiling umuwi sa Country P.

After 5 years, I became a respectable Director in Entertainment Industry here in Country A. Laging nanalo ang mga proyekto sa iba't ibang kategorya.

"CUT!" Galit na sigaw ko. "Ms. Mayanne, I can't feel any emotion from your acting and you keep on messing things up! It's already been 5 hours but we can't even proceed to the scene!" I'm getting annoyed with her acting.

"Director Ana, I can do this. Just give me amother chance. I'll definitely gonna pull this out!" Aniya at lumapit saakin. I crossed my arms and looked at her.

"I already gave you many chances but you keep on throwing them?" I gave her so many chances compared to the other artists na nandito sa set pero siya lang sumasayang nito.

"Last chance, Director Ana. Give me one last chance." I signalled my assistant to come forward.

"One last chance. If you messed this chance again, I'm sorry but I need to replace you." Seryosong wika ko sa kanya.

"Thank you, Director Ana." Pagpapasalamat nito at naglaho na ito sa harap ko.

Tumingin ako sa assistant ko. "If she messed up again, change the artist."

"Yes, Director Ana." Magalang na sagot niya at umalis na ito.

Bumalik na ako sa pagkakaupo ko at tinignan ang bawat galaw ng mga artist ko. We are currently filming a movie with my co-Director Oliver.

Yes, Si Oliver ay isang Director din tulad ko.

Sakto naman at dumating na si Oliver. May inaatupag daw siyang emergency kaya late ito. "Here. Stop shouting already. Your throat will get sore." He said and gave me a bottled water.

"Blame your artist. Since you recommended her, teach her how to act. She keeps on messing things up." Reklamo ko sa kanya at kinuha ang tubig.

"I'm sorry about that. Ako na ang bahala sa kanya. By the way, are you done packing your things?" Tanong niya. I nodded at him.

"Yup. I already sent some of my things in the Country P para konti nalang ang dadalhin ko." Tumingin ako sa screen to check Ms. Mayanne acting. She looks so timid.

Paano ba naging artista to kung ganito ang pagkilos niya? Kung gusto mong makasurvive sa Entertainment Industry bilang artista, you should bring the best version of you! Be bold, be confident and should definitely know how to act!

When I saw another mistake,I glared at Oliver. "I know. Wait here. I'll talk to her. Chill ka lang." He said at iniwan na ako.

Hinilot ko ang sentido ko dahil ang daming oras na nasayang. Isa pang problema sa babaeng ito, masyadong maarte. I really hate this kind of woman.

Tumayo ako mula sa pagkakaupo ko para pumunta sa staff room. I'll get my things and go home already. Tutal andyan na si Oliver, siya na ba ang bahala sa set. I still need to pack some clothes and do some laundry.

Agad kong kinuha ang bag ko at pumunta sa parking lot. Pumasok agad ako sa kotse at pinaandar ito. Dumeretso ako sa Unit ko. Maglilimang taon na ako sa unit ko and I still can't just throw all the memories we made in this place.

I'm actually the new owner of the building. I bought the building last year. They almost kicked me out kaya binili ko na para hindi ko na kailangan pang umalis.

Pagdating ko sa parking lot ng building, kinuha ko ang gamit at lumabas na sa kotse ko. Dumeretso ako sa elevator at pinindot ang 15th floor.

Bakante parin ang unit na dating tinirhan ni Mason. Hindi ko hinayaang may ibang tumira roon dahil kung minsan ay doon ako natutulog.

Napatingin ako sa phone dahil nagvibrate ito. Oliver is calling.

"Yes?" Bungad na wika ko.

"Iniwan mo ako set!" Sigaw niyang bigla. Napalayo ako sa phone ko dahil ang tinis ng boses niya.

"Oh. I'm sorry about leaving early. I still have some things to do. Atsaka ikaw naman talaga ang Director sa movie na yan. I'm just helping you, idiot." Paliwanag ko. Sakto namang tumigil ang elevator sa 15th floor kaya lumabas na ako.

"I know that pero sana sinabihan mo ng face to face na aalis kana. You keep on running away when I'm not around." I rolled my eyes because of what he said.

"Why do I need to do that? And why are you whining? Are you a kid?" Reklamo ko sakanya. This guy is getting on my nerves.

"Annalise! I'm getting hurt because of your words. You are getting colder as time passed by." Napahilot ako sa sentido dahil sa sinabi niya.

"I need to go. If you keep on whining like a kid the next time we meet, I'll vanished without leaving a single trace." At pinatay na ang tawag.

Habang lumilipas ang panahon, mas lumalakas ang loob ni Oliver na istorbuhin ako and he is getting bolder in throwing tantrums infront of me.

The guts of that guy!

Ginamit ko ang susi ko para buksan ang pinto ng unit ko. Pumasok na ako at sinabit ang coat ko sa stand at tinanggala ng heels ko at sinuot ang slippers ko. Nilagay ko rin sa ibabaw ng sofa ang bag ko. Kumuha ako ng pwedeng kainin sa refrigerator ko pero nagtaka ako bigla.

Bakit biglang magkaroon ng laman ang ref ko?

If I'm not mistaken, I only have some left over foods, water, and some snacks. Pero dumami bigla ang pagkain. Hindi ko natatandaang naggrocery ako pero bakit napuno ang refrigerator ko?

Napatingin ako sa paligid ko. Wala namang pinagbago. My furnitures, my things and my papers looks untouched. Pero napatigil ako sa suitcase na itim na nakalagay sa tabi ng pinto ng kwarto ko.

Nagmadali akong pumasok sa kwarto ko. Pagbukas ko ng kwarto ko, isang lalaki ang nakahiga sa kama ko. Mukhang natutulog ito. Unti unting lumapit ako sa kama ko para makita kung sino ang nakahiga.

Nanlaki ang ang mga mata ko at napaupo dahil sa gulat. Napatakip ako sa bibig ko because I almost screamed in shocked. The guy who is sleeping on my bed right now is definitely him.
