It's been a few months ever since Solace Seekers sessions were put on hold. Some of us spent those months being with their family, some were in and out of the hospital, some were taking medications, therapies, and even surgeries.
But some were continuously seeking for their solace.
Solace Seekers.
That's what we're called after all. We seek solace and surely, a lot of us found our solace here in our group. Not everyone though, since... one of the seekers got lost beyond solace.
I couldn't understand it at first but I did otherwise.
That there are some people who don't want being wrapped in our arms too tight. It's like the more you hold onto them, the more they want you to let go.
Because they don't want us to be in pain too much.
I've come to that realization after spending the past few months traveling. I learned not to stay stuck in one place or be attach because it'll be hard for me to get over, to move on, and leave.
Plus, I know in the first place that I'll come back. Somewhere I really belong to.
In here, with Solace Seekers.
To those who left, to those who are still here, and to those who are new here.
No matter how many times we get subtracted or added.
I hope all of us won't stop seeking solace. Some may found theirs but to those who aren't yet, you'll get there soon.
So here's to our growing family, to our one word stories.
