The next 3 days Shehnaaz didn't disturb Sidharth at all she wanted him to focus on his work rather than talking to her or giving her the attention she demanded. They hardly talked on the calls maybe once in these three days and used to text letting each other know about their day.

It was 31st of December. Shehnaaz being a doctor had to do her duty so she went to the hospital and Sidharth had his shoot too. Sidharth being the private guy, now that he had the love of his life with him he wanted to spend the New Years with her all alone, just him and her. He was very busy and forgot to inform her about it.

Where as Shehnaaz agreed to Sunidhi's suggestions where she had told her to let Sidharth know about the plan last minute to surprise him and this innocent girl took her suggestion thinking she was a friend.

At night 9:30pm. Shehnaaz got dressed in a black classy jumpsuit as she knows it's Sidharth's favourite colour. Done some minimal makeup keeping it natural and even after that she was looking breathtaking. Her facs as pretty and lively as a newly bloomed flower. Her hairs as smooth as silk. Her curvy body which she was flaunting by wearing that outfit. She was more than excited for the night.

Shehnaaz - Bebu tera shoot khatam hua Kya? Maine na tere liye surprise plan kiya hae jaldi se orphanage aa ja abhi mai wait Kar rahe hu!! See you soon bebu 😘😘(On the text)

She texted him and now was waiting for his reply. She was getting impatient by every passing minute. As she received no reply from his side she decided to pick up Sid's mom and leave to go to the orphanage as the children were eagerly waiting for her to join them. She thought he'll join them as soon as he sees her text.

Sidharth rushed out of his vanity cursing himself as he was late. He picked up his phone while driving to text Shehnaaz but his phone was dead. "Fu*k man!! How can I be so stupid!?" he grumbled. He drove as fast as he could. He reached his house and found a familiar car parked outside over there. He got down from his car and walked towards her, she was already standing outside the car as if she had been waiting for him.

Sidharth - Sunidhi!? Tum Kya kar rahe ho yaha par?

Sunidhi - Vo I came to pick you up.

Sidharth - Par Kyu?

Sunidhi - Kyu Kya Sidharth hum party mei ja rahe hae!

Sidharth - I'm sorry yaar I wish I could but you know.....

Sunidhi - Yeah you and Shehnaaz must be having some plans. Great! Ab mujhe toh tum bhul he jao ga na
ab Shehnaaz jo aa gae hae. (she scoffed)

Sidharth - Aree aisa ny hae yaar I was supposed to spend time with her aur mujhe pata bhi ny hae uske Kya plans hae usse baat he ny hue.
(the image of his 'dead phone' flashes on his mind) Shit man phone bhi charge Karna hae phir Usse baat Kar lunga.

Sunidhi - Acha abhi at least 1 ghante ke liye chal yaar sabko kharab lage ga waha par..... Please yaar kuch deer ke liye he aa ja yaar (She tries her best to convince him)

Sidharth - Ok fine! Let me get fresh uske baad we'll leave but filhal ke liye apna phone do Shehnaaz ko call Karna hae.

Sunidhi - Vo... Vo... (She stutters) Vona actually mera phone mere bag mei he hae yaar aur bag mai party mei chor kar aaye thi.....bas yaha tumhe lene aaye thi toh bag ny liya.

Sidharth - Acha tab Mai bas fresh ho Kar aata hu.... Give me 5 min.

Sunidhi - Yeah sure! (She smirks)

Sunidhi wanted to drive a wedge between Sidharth and Shehnaaz. She had taken the first step towards it.

Shehnaaz was with Sid's mom in the orphanage. Partying around with the kids. Shehnaaz excused herself from the group of kids she was playing with and sat beside Sid's mom who was merely enjoying watching them.

Shehnaaz - Aunty yeh Sidharth ny aaya abhi tak.

Sid's mom - message check Kar.... dekha Kya Usne?

Shehnaaz - (While scrolling through the messages she said) Nahi Aunty Usne dekha he ny usko ek bar call kiya tha toh phone off aa raha tha. (She whined)

Sid's mom - Thora wait Karte hae uske battery down ho gae hogi aisa ho he ny sakta tere bina vo apna New Year celebrate kare. (She smiled)

She smiled weakly in response.

Shehnaaz - "Kaha hae tu Sidharth!? Jaldi aa ja please, pata ny kaha busy hae tu" (She thinks)

But then again she was pulled out of her thoughts with the group of kids who wanted her to dance with them.

Sidharth was on the way to the party with Sunidhi in her car. He was tensed about Shehnaaz as he had no idea where she was, he decided that the first thing he'll do after getting into the party will be calling Shehnaaz using Sunidhi's phone as he was dumb enough to forget to on the switch after putting his phone on charge.

Sunidhi - Sidharth chill yaar.... Sara time toh apni Shehnaaz ko attention dete ho abhi kuch deer apne dosto ko bhi de do.

Sidharth - Haan vo bas ek bar Shehnaaz ko call Kar lu toh thik rahe ga na....

Sunidhi - Acha kar lena filhal just enjoy, kon sa tu saare raat hamare sath rehne wala hae thore deer uske baad Chal jana apni sweetheart ke pass.

They reached the party. It was organised by one of their common friend Ritik in his house. Sunidhi engaged him into conversations with the friends and drinks not letting him give any chance to talk about the call or Shehnaaz. After 3-4 shots Sidharth capitulate himself and started enjoying. It was 11:00pm now. He was under influence of alcohol. Sunidhi had succeeded in her plan. She had been making snaps and posting videos on her instagram story. He went out in the balcony away from the crowd for a while, he was leaning against the railings staring at everyone enjoying inside when Ritik followed him outside who was a little drunk too and stood beside him.

Ritik - Brooo!! What's up bro?

Sidharth - Heyyy!

Ritik - Tu akele aaya yaar? Vo tere vo Shehnaaz kaha hae yaar usko ny laya tu?

Sidharth - Shehnaaz? Acha haan Shehnaaaaz ...... Vo toh.... I don't bro.... (Just then he remembered he was supposed to be with her right now) Shit man!

Ritik - Kya hua?

Sidharth - Mai ja raha hu yaar you guys enjoy Okay bye

Ritik - Abey kamine sunn toh....

Sidharth - Happy New Year bro (She shouts while going inside again in the crowd searching for Sunidhi)

He finally found her and insisted her to drop him wherever Shehnaaz was. Sunidhi dropped him but not where Shehnaaz was, instead she dropped him home. She helped him reach his room layed him down on the bed and left with a victorious smile on her face waiting for the drama that was going to happen once Shehnaaz comes to know about it.

Shehnaaz was frustrated at this point. She had called him 'n' number of times but it said the same, she was scrolling through their chats when she got a notification about Sunidhi's new post. She was incandescent with anger when she saw the video where Sidharth was dancing and enjoying the party with his high profile, sophisticated friends. She was on the verge of crying. She held back her tears and went to Sid's mom to show her where and what was Sidharth doing.
