It drives you crazy
But you know you wouldn't change Anything, anything, anything...

Taylor Swift

I put my hand on Zac's arm and shake it. "Huh? What is it Taylor?" He sleepily replies at me, I suddenly feel bad for waking him up so early.

I rub one of my eyes, having just woken up also. "I was thinking that...I think we should move," I bite my lip.

"Move? To where?" He asks while turning on the small lamp next to the bed.

"I don't know why but I feel like New York would be the best place to live, I mean imagine how much fun that would be?" I try convincing him, he's not showing any signs of rejection or agreement.

He looks at me briefly before replying, "I guess...I don't see why not," he gives me a small kiss before I get the chance to smile.

-

I turn around to see Zac fixing the button on his shirt. "Wow, does this even count as an apartment?" He asks me. "It's so nice isn't it? I think this is perfect," I look at the movers place pictures on the walls.

"Shall we go out and see what New York has to offer?" Zac playfully asks me while helping me put on my coat. "Yes we shall."

-

"Jesus, I can't even feel my legs," Zac says while sitting down. "Yeah, that was a lot of stairs," I laughed helping him up. "Where should we go?" He asks as we walk forward, his arm around my back.

I gasped as if I just saw a giant spider. "I want frozen yogurt!" I exclaimed, sounding like a four year old. "Okay calm down," he laughed as we walked to the nearest shop.

"Hey what did you get again?" I asked while eating a spoonful of yogurt. "Uhhh, I got the chocolate with m&m's...It seems like you love strawberry flavored stuff," he took a napkin from the dispenser. "Yeah, it's the most delicious flavor ever! In my opinion at least," I put my spoon down.

We finished paying and we attempt to go back up the staircase of hell. "At least we're getting a workout from this?" I say trying to distract myself. "For you it is, I already work out," he replied. "Oh, shut up," I laughed while trying to find the keys in my purse to the apartment as we get closer to the door.

While trying to find the keys, I see a figure moving behind Zac and as an instinct I quickly glance upwards. I see a short girl with dark brown hair with a very tall blonde guy. I study her face a little closer. Is that? Oh god no.

Vanessa Hudgens? I for sure know who she is. She's Zac's ex-girlfriend, I mean of course I recognize her, I've seen High School Musical enough times to know. My emotion quickly went from oh-yeah-I-know-her, to oh-crap-please-don't-be-awkward. The worst part is, I don't even know if they ended on good terms or not, this could be bad.

I see them both walk up to us, I don't want to know how Zac will react...

I look away not knowing what to do.

Zac already turns around before she gets to speak. "Hi Zac! do you live here now?" She asked, I felt so relieved nothing bad has happened yet. They seemed like somewhat friends still. She might've looked at me when I wasn't noticing.

I see the blonde guy eyeing me up and down, I give him a look to show that I obviously noticed. He didn't take my warning. He kept staring at my legs in a way I didn't like, eventually he stopped looking at my legs but was still looking at other parts of my body.

She keeps talking to Zac while all this is happening, I feel so rude for not listening. Her voice is sweet, as if it hasn't changed since 2007 which I'm sure it hasn't.

Zac's phone rings. "I'm sorry, i'll be right back." He rushes inside. Oh no, please don't leave me alone, especially when her creepy boyfriend keeps staring at me.

They give each other a look i've never seen before.

She slowly walks up to me, her face semi-close to mine. "What are you doing here," she sneers at me, her voice not so sweet anymore. "Excuse me," I croaked, I study her facial expressions.

"I finally get the courage to tell Zac that I want him again, and then you show up," she explains slowly, this wasn't Vanessa was it? It was like her character from Spring Breakers is right in front of me.

"I'm sorry but, you lost your chance a long time ago," I told her, standing up for myself. She laughs, "I can take the man I want from any bitch, including you," she crossed her arms, she continues, "I don't think you understand how to take care of a real man, like a real woman. Any girl that knows how to do her man right, will understand her mans 'real needs'" she says while using air quotations.

"What does that have to do with anything," I ask unsure of what she has said, is her so called boyfriend not gonna do anything about this?

"Everything!" She yells at me, "Sex is the most important thing in a relationship and if you don't think so then you're just a goddamn virgin! Which is what I suspect you to be..." Her voice doesn't calm down.

I frighteningly walk towards the door.

"Go ahead, tell your so-called boyfriend of yours, he won't be yours for that much longer! Go ahead and tell him about all of this, he won't believe you! And while your at it, make sure to talk about all the sex you too aren't having. Just remember, anything you have done for him, I can do it so much better than you. You skinny little whore!" She screams at me as I close the door to the apartment.

OMG! Who knew Vanessa was a total BEEYOTCH.
