"Run! Retreat! Now!"

Explosions surrounded me, the terrain filled with bodies, pot holes, and a mix of water and blood.

"Berserker, Wild Card. On me. We're hunting the rest of them now!"

I found Him, taking his left flank, Wild Card coming up on his right.

It blurred, going to a point where we were in an enclosed area. Men were tied to a chair, while others were not, yet they were still trapped.

Shaking His head, He spoke sinisterly,"You thought you could get away with it , vhfojr? No, no. No one gets away from me."

"You're an ass, aglfkhi," vhfojr spat, blood splattering his shoes. "You treat me like a dog! Worse than those filthy **** brats."

I couldn't hear their names, but then again, their names were never important. Not as long as I knew who I served.

"Ah ah, no, swearing. My children will hear and learn bad manners. They don't need to follow your example."

He strokes my head gently, pressing my neck twice. I hand Wild Card my cross bow, pulling out my knife.

"You are jealous of my children?"  aglfkhi paused before speaking again. "Do you know, these two are my favourite? Their brutality is absolutely refreshing. I train all of them; after all you've seen what one of them can do... but these two," He hummed, placing his hands on Wild Card's shoulders, "oh they have surpassed all expectations. And, together how the melody of chaos sings!" aglfkhi laughed, tapping me forward.

"What's your point aglfkhi?"

"My point is for a dog like you, vhfojr, it'll only take one for you and the ten in here. Of course it'll be... excruciating."

vhfojr's fearful eyes locked onto mine, but it was a look that I had seen so many times before. The look before inevitable death that I was to bring.

"aglfkhi, I'm sorry. Please. I won't do it again. aglfkhi! Stop!"

"Berserker, incubo,"  aglfkhi whispered and I snapped, blood spraying without delay.

Exhaling, I stood before Him, looking up. He smiled patting my head.

"Accompany me tonight my child. You've done well."

NO!

Light blinding me, I moved and fell, the smell of asphalt burning my nostrils. Ringing followed, pulsing in my head as I pushed myself up. I rubbed my head, massaging the slight headache that burrowed itself between my brows.

"Yo lady you alright?" a young male voice said, and I frowned processing his words.

What language is that? What's he saying?

"Hey, lady, you need a hospital?"

Lady ... lady ... that's English.

"No, I'm fine."

I stood up taking in my surroundings. I was by a skate park, close to the street. My car was parked forty metres away from the park, and there was a bistro on the other side. I had passed it on my way to the store, but the appearance seemed different.

"Hey, lady. You good? You've been sleeping for a while on that bench." The same young man asked me, and I nodded.

"How long?"
