If you haven't read the manga but are intrigued to, chapter 351 is where the fight between Chrollo and Hisoka begins.
-5 Months Later-
Hisoka's POV
"You do know she'll choose me right?" What nonsense is he blabbering about now, and in the middle of our fight no less.
"I'm sorry, I don't follow." He couldn't mean-
"(Y/n) of course. In the end, she'll choose me over you." Oh, now I see
"What makes you so sure of that?" I can't help but laugh. My little dragon can't stand anyone else, besides she wouldn't.
"No use in saying now." What is he up to?
I must admit, my fight with Chrollo was more than I was expecting. Using the audience as pawns to attack me as well as pile onto me then explode which did catch me off guard resulting in my death, luckily I prepared for this outcome. As much as I would have adored having my little dragon supporting me from the stands, I can't help but think it's a good thing she didn't show. Wouldn't want her exploding now, what good are toys if they're broken. Being dead and brought back does give you quite the wake-up call. Now, what better fun than to take out the spiders one by one. Currently, I have 10 more to go. First I got rid of Machi. Next was that little doll Kortopi then Shalnark. All this blood however can't keep me distracted enough from what really haunts me. Seems my little dragon has disappeared. No one knows where she went, no one but Illumi who still refuses to tell me. After our night on the beach, I haven't seen her since. She just left.
Could she may have overheard my conversation with her father and decided to go hunting for the cure on her own? Even so, I don't think that's the case. If she were looking for that cure I would have bumped into her somewhere along the road. Very peculiar.
I will admit. Her hold on me is quite tight, to the point I may have just stopped chasing Chrollo to find her. Her little dragon friend did seek me out time and again, it's the closest I seem to get to her, but as of recently her visits became rarer and now nonexistent. According to Illumi, she isn't home, yet he never lets me go to his actual house. The only house on that mountain I have seen is the Zoldycks. Which isn't as friendly, to say the least.
Contrary to my plan, no killing for me today, Illumi called for some assistance on a mission, he asked that I meet him at his house as soon as I can. It's been a while since he has asked me to come over. I wonder what could have changed. Although I don't believe it's just a coincidence.
Maybe some investigating is in order. This whole situation seems fishy to me. I wonder if I call the little dragon pet if she would heal me. The thought hadn't crossed me before. Now, what was her name again?
"Mizuki?" I call out but to my disarray, no answer. Maybe I got the name wrong. Oh well. I should probably get going, it'll take me three days to get to the Zoldyck's mountain.
-------------
Getting past the gate was quite easy, although I have to remember that the Zoldycks and Kazumis have made their houses so that everything weighs almost 20 times its usual weight. It's a form of constant training for them.
"Hisokaaa. What are you doing here?" Little Mizuki greets me energetically as I get to the butler's quarters.
"Hello there little one, is your master here?" She seems confused by the name
"You mean mom?" Mom? I'm surprised she'd let anyone call her that and live, then again she does have a soft heart towards those closest to her. "Why are you smiling Hisoka?"
