"Yeah, but I thought it was something else. But when I got up and looked out the window I saw her sprinting away. "

Annabeth says sighing. "I didn't know she was going to do that. I didn't even mean to throw it at her. "

"I'm not mad because you threw a shoe at me."

Shit.

Nico's POV

I watch as Hazel calmly walks over to Annabeth and gives a cruel smile. Annabeth rolls her eyes and folds her arms over her chest with a huff.

My blood begans to boil and seriously I feel like shouting. It's almost sunrise meaning that some campers are going to start waking up. But besides that I think of the advantage Hazel now has. Even being a daughter of Hades, she never has been able to see that well in the dark.

I growl low in my chest as she comes to a stop in front of Leo. She snaps her finger and Jason comes out with blood across his temple and a gag in his mouth. His hands are tied and his hair is all tacky and matted to his head. His eyes are bloodshot red, and as he is being drug out by a really big buff kid, I notice he isn't fighting like I know he would usually do. His head is hung low even with him at knifepoint. If he even so much as twist his neck.....

"Nico!" Hazel screams. My head shoot towards the brown haired girl-the bitch now in front of me.

"Yes?" I cock my head to the side and act like I'm really interested in what she has to say. Honestly, I couldn't give a fuck, because right now my main concern is Jason.

Hazel traces the blade of her dagger and swipes down my face in one quick movement. I feel my skin burn as the cut starts to reach the air. Blood drops to the ground and splatters. It wasn't a deep cut, thank gods, but it was enough to anger me to earth's end.

"The hell, Hazel?!" Leo says lunging at Hazel. I step back while I let Leo have his moment with her. She's not my sister now, so what ever happens is her lost.

I catch Percy's eye as he tiptoes behind the boy holding Jason hostage. It takes him no longer than a second to raise the hilt of his sword and bash it up against his head. Oh, that's a nasty concussion. Ha.

I turn to see Leo and Hazel still fighting and suddenly I remember that Leo has no experience with a dagger. So how is he doing it? Either way he's doing good so I decided to cheer him on with a quick "kick her ass Leo. "

He never takes his eyes off her, but I see him smirk and throw a thumbs up towards me as he knocks Hazel to the ground.

I smile and then remember that it was way more than just me, Leo, and Percy out here. Dammit. I hope nothing happened to Annabeth and Piper.

I hear the clashing of swords as I walk nearer and nearer to a tiny clearing. There I find Annabeth and Piper fighting off five other guys by theirselves. One lunges at Annabeth missing her about an inch. She takes this time to knock the wind out him by twisting his arms and slamming him to the ground.

Piper's swinging a sword like nobody's business, and that's when I notice it's Jason's gold sword she must've found on the ground. I run over to them, slashing at someone who's in my way. I'm not trying to kill them, I'm not a murderer. But right now I don't care.

The slash that I gave him barely affected him. He smirks and trys to roundhouse kick me, completely missing. I catch his leg in mid swing and pull him towards me with a jerk so he loses his balance. I step over him and place my sword in front of his neck. He looks at me with pleading eyes and I roll mine before leaning down to whisper something in his ear.
