Bluepaw finally walked in through the thorn barrier and into the camp, relieved to be back. As much as he wanted to eat and sleep he had something that he needed to do. He had cats who he needed to speak to. Bluepaw was about to go and talk to Orangeblaze but then he realized that that might not be such a great idea.

As much as Bluepaw trust Orangeblaze there was always a chance that Orangeblaze was the cat who should not be trusted. Bluepaw was suddenly starting to feel so alone in the clan, no the whole forest, realizing that any cat could be the one not to be trusted.

Bluepaw felt his legs start to shake, feeling weak at the thought of not being able to trust any cat in the forest, not even his friends. The sounds of the leaves rustling, birds chirping, and paws padding faded away as Bluepaw started to feel dizzy.

Bluepaw quickly calmed down as a tiny voice reminded him of the words of Vixenfall. A warrior that a clan leader completely trusts. Not a deputy, not a medicine cat, and not an apprentice. Bluepaw reminded himself.

Although that still left several options he realized that that meant that he could trust every deputy, every medicine cat, every leader, and every apprentice in the forest. Kits definitely weren't strong enough to kill a cat so they were out of the question as well.

Queens should be trusted too since they wouldn't leave their kits, and besides they wouldn't really be considered as warriors while they are expecting or nursing kits, would they? Bluepaw thought. After a moment of indecision Bluepaw decided that he shouldn't trust queens until he has proof that they couldn't have killed any of the cats.

"Bluepaw, you should eat something and get some sleep. You must be really tired and hungry after sharing dreams with Starclan." Oliveleaf meowed. Bluepaw knew that he could trust Oliveleaf since she is a medicine cat, not a warrior. After a moments hesitation he decided to tell her about his dream.

"Oliveleaf, before I do anything we need to talk." Bluepaw meowed, no longer hiding his concern. Oliveleaf blinked at him, a curious look on her face, before giving him a nod. "Alright, we'll talk in my den, but bring some fresh kill with you. We'll talk and eat." Oliveleaf meowed.

Bluepaw nodded before padding over to the fresh kill pile, trying his best to keep his paws steady, Oliveleaf following him to the fresh kill pile. Bluepaw quickly sniffed around the fresh kill pile before he picked a rabbit from the pile, turning to pad over to the medicine cat's den. Oliveleaf picked a shrew from the pile after a moment before following Bluepaw.

Once Bluepaw was inside he quickly padded over to the edge of the pool of water in the den and dropped the rabbit on the ground, turning to face Oliveleaf. Oliveleaf sat in front of him, dropping the shrew in front of her paws. "So what did you want to talk about Bluepaw?" Oliveleaf asked, curiosity filling her tone.

Bluepaw took a deep breath, calming himself down a bit before answering her. "At the Moonpool I had a dream. There was a handful cats, one of them said that his name is Vixenfall. Distantsky was there too." Bluepaw meowed.

Now Oliveleaf looked surprised. "You met Vixenfall?" She meowed. Bluepaw nodded. "He said that he and the other Starclan cats there died in a way that is different from what we originally thought. Vixenfall gave me a warning. He told me to beware of a warrior that a clan leader completely trusts." Bluepaw mewed, struggling to keep his voice calm.

Oliveleaf's eyes held surprise within her bright green orbs. "Bluepaw, Vixenfall didn't just give you a warning. He gave you a prophecy." Oliveleaf meowed. Bluepaw was completely taken aback by that, completely surprised that he had received a prophecy so soon into being a medicine cat. Why did Starclan give me a prophecy instead of any other medicine cat? Bluepaw thought.
