The depression and anxiety are going to be described as I lived it so if you don't live with it the same way then okay, but this was how I struggled with it :) I'm okay now I'm trying to get my emotions back lol (numbness heehee) Thanks for understanding <3.

Origins: Our parents are living in USA, but our mother is Japanese so we know japanese (when we talk in english like now it's japanese, I will precise when we talk in english in the story)

The book: This is a book written in first person narrator, everything written is our thoughts, and when it's between <"..."> then someone is talking. Let me show you an exemple.
