"So. What's your take on Teegan?" Bobby asked Clay.

"She said her father taught her and her brother how to fight and shoot. Used to looking after herself. Wants us to leave her alone." Clay puffed on his cigar.

"Think that's a good idea?" Bobby questioned as Happy had a seat.

"For now." Clay stated, "Unless something happens and she calls us for help, just leave her be. Might warm up to us and be more willing to accept our protection then."

"Tig's going to be pissed." Bobby laughed.

"I already talked to Tig about it. I think that's where he is right now. Talking things over with her." Clay stated, "She's a very independent woman and wants to remain so. Not like some of these others who cling to the club for protection."

"She'll be goo' fer Tigger." Chibs added his two cents into the conversation.

"Do we know who ambushed the clubhouse yet?" Clay asked, moving the conversation away from Tig and his woman problems.

"It wasn't the Niners and wasn't the Mayans. We thinking the Irish?" Bobby asked.

"But why would dey do tha'?" Chibs questioned making Bobby shake his head.

"That, I don't know." Clay let out a cloud of smoke.

The lockdown had been lifted finally. Teegan was the first to peel out of the T-M lot. She headed straight home to enjoy a nice hot bubble bath. Being together with Tig so much, she figured he'd want to stay at the clubhouse and give them some breathing room. Clay had thought they'd gotten their issue fixed which is why the lockdown had been lifted.

After Teegan had gone to bed, she heard the sound of glass breaking. She sat up in bed and strained her ears. There was definitely at least one intruder in her house. Grabbing her gun, she quietly opened her bedroom door and crept down the hallway. She met two men in the living room who were talking amongst themselves.

"I don't know who you are, why you decided to break into MY house, but I'm going to be nice and let you leave before I start shooting." She told them making the pair look up at her.

"Listen here, the Sons need to be taught a lesson about paying us what they owe." One guy told her.

"Goody for them. I'm not that lesson, fucker. I see that trigger finger twitch, asshole, I'll blow a hole through you." She told his partner as more glass was heard breaking.

"Get her!" The first guy shouted.

She didn't hesitate to shoot at the guy who began to rush towards her, hitting him in the leg.

"I'm only gonna tell you this one more time. Leave my home." She calmly stated, eyes glancing to her right to see where the third intruder was.

"I'm sorry but I can't leave. Not without sending our message." He said as he pulled out a gun.

"Stop right there. I'll shoot both of you just like I shot your friend who's probably bleeding to death right now." She exclaimed.

"Fuck you, bitch!" He raised his arm like he was about to shoot so she shot him in the leg as well.

The third guy snuck up on her and punched her in the side of the head causing a gash across her temple. She growled at him as she stood up and rushed him knocking them both to the ground. They wrestled on the floor until she had him pinned and began wailing on his face with a right-left-right. When he was unconscious, she darted back down the hall and grabbed her cell phone.

"Tig?"

"Doll? Do you know what time it is?" He asked.

"There are three intruders in my house that are close to death. Thought you'd like to come over and question them." She stated, "Two are bleeding from GSW's to the leg. One I beat into unconsciousness."

"Hap and I will be right there. Tie the unconscious guy up." Tig exclaimed before hanging up.

She found some rope in a closet, not bothering to wonder why it was there, and bound the guys hands and feet together. The other two were moaning in pain as they bled. She was a bit woozy herself from the hit to her head. It didn't take long for the sound of several motorcycles to be heard coming down the street. Tig didn't even bother knocking, he walked straight in knowing she'd have unlocked the door for them.

She looked up to see Tig, Happy, and Chibs walking in. She gave them the run-down on what had transpired and what all had been said. Including how they spoke with an accent. Happy kicked the bound guy until he regained consciousness. Chibs went to stop the bleeding of the other two intruders while Tig looked at his woman's head. "You did good calling us, Doll." he kissed her forehead.

"I told you I'd call you if I needed you. Figured you wanted to talk to them before I called the police." She shrugged.

"Dese are some o' Jimmy O's people." Chibs noted.

"Why are they attacking Teegan?" Tig questioned.

"Said something about you guys 'needing to be taught a lesson about paying us what they owe'. Whatever that means." She told the trio.

"Means we're gonna have to have another meeting with the Irish." Tig sighed as Happy got the bound man into a chair.

Chibs had Tig help handle the two bleeding men on her living room floor before walking over and taking a look at her. "Been pistol whipped, I see. Gonna 'urt fer a while, love." he told her making her groan, "I'll doctor yeh up after we're done 'ere." She thanked him before moving into the kitchen to see the kitchen door's windows had been broken out. She sighed before moving to the sink to wash her face off.

One of the gunshot wound victims had bled to death despite Chibs' intervention. The other was drifting in and out of consciousness. Happy was having a field day in the dining room with the beaten man who'd broken in through the kitchen. 'Just another day with these fuckers, I guess.' Teegan sighed as she walked down the hall to her bedroom. She was opening her shop back up the following day and hoped it would be a quiet day of tattooing.

The sound of police sirens were heard making her groan again. Chief Unser walked into the house to see three Sons and a bloody mess in the living room and dining room. He asked where the home owner was so Tig headed down the hall to fetch Teegan. She gave him all the details she had as he wrote down what she said. He called for the coroner's van as well as an ambulance for the other two men.

Unser didn't say a word about why the Sons were there, asked who'd shot either man, or ask who the three intruders were. He left everything else up to the Sons before he left to make his report. "That blood is going to take forever to get out." she sighed as she looked at two blood stains in the living room. Chibs smiled at told her to leave it to them. She just shrugged and asked if she could go back to bed now. Tig laughed and said yes, eyes glued to her legs and ass as she walked down the hallway.
