Part 1.6

y/n pov

Taehyung informed me over dinner that we made land in Jeju soon. Jeju served as the ramshackle haven for pirates, rogues, scoundrels, outlaws and sailors. I had read about it before but Jungkook and Jimin explained in detail why according to them it was a heaven.

We arrived and I put on a dress given by Tae, one that suited more with pirates then the navy. I left my room and the whole crew was already excitingly talking. 

  'woah y/n you look good like this' Jimin said 'maybe I can show you personally exactly why I enjoy Jeju so much' he smirked and I knew what he meant. 

   'If this place makes the impossible possible that might be happening but I don't think that's the case'

I replied and his smirk disappeared

   'y/n' it was Taehyung's deep voice, I turned around.  

    'You don't actually think you can join us do you?' he said coldly. 

   'But why not? if you are afraid I will run, I won't. I promised you I'd be your hostage and I am a woman of my word. plus where could I even go. Please let me join.'

it was silent for a while, Taehyung was thinking.

   'Let the girl come Tae, she hasn't seen anything from the world yet, this would be a good lesson' Jungkook said with a sly smile. 

   'Fine' he turned to me 'but keep close to one of us, this is not a place for a girl to be alone'

We entered a bar, well the whole town seemed to be a bar by the looks of it, people were drinking everywhere. but we took place at a table. Taehyung excused himself because he had business to take care off.

Jungkook already came with these big bottles of rum  'here you go y/n.'

    'Thank you very much' I replied and we cheered loudly. After a few drinks I knew I had a question on my mind I had wanted to ask for weeks now. 

   'So what was the captains girl like?' I asked them. 

   'Why do you want to know?' Jungkook asked. 

  'Just out of curiosity'

The thing was it was truthfully curiosity but I think it was because I wanted to know what kind of girl Taehyung fell for. 

   'Actually, you kind of look like her, outside and inside. She was annoying as well' Jimin said and I kicked him while laughing. 

  'No but she was headstrong and brave' Jimin continued. 

  'and she was selfish' Jungkook added. 

   'oh yes for sure'

    'oh hmm' I murmured. It was the end of the Taehyung conversation as the guys started to discuss the female offer in the pub.

Eventually we ended up walking the streets, I was feeling intoxicated, not super drunk but definitely not sober either. 

Taehyung pov

After I handled my business I returned to the bar. The group wasn't there anymore so I walked out and made my way through the town.

I heard some moaning, that was definitely Jimin's. I followed the sound and found him fucking a girl against the wall in an ally. 

   'Jimin where is everyone?'

He turned his head to me 'can't you see I am a little bit busy?'

The girl screamed in pleasure. 

   'Just shut up darling, I am having a conversation with my captain' Jimin said to the girl still thrusting.

   'Where is y/n?' I asked specifying my question. 

   'I don't know, she was here not so long ago, she can't be far.'

I quickly walked back. I knew she wouldn't run away, what I had learnt so far was that she was trustworthy and a deal is really a deal, but I felt this fear of her being alone here.

Was it concern?  No don't be silly.

It was also strange that Jungkook and Soobin were nowhere to be found. I rushed through the streets hoping to find her.

y/n pov

Jungkook was gone somewhere and didn't tell us where or when he'd be back.  Soobin had left to get more rum and Jimin disappeared a second ago with a girl in an ally.

I looked around to everything that was happening around me, waiting till Soobin would return. A cat appeared and I bent down to pet it. It was to put it mildly the only cute thing in this whole town. It walked away and I followed the cat.

I arrived in an empty street. This didn't feel completely safe so I decided to return to the main area. Suddenly two guys appeared out of nowhere.

   'Hi there pretty face' one said and I didn't respond walking on. In the corner of my eye I saw they fastened their pace. 

   'No need to hurry' the other shouted. I saw they were near and I wanted to run but one grabbed my wrist and pushed me against the wall. 

    'Don't be so shy pretty face'

He suddenly kissed me and I resisted and resisted but the other guy held me back.

   'Stop resisting' the guy growled and he hit me in my face. 

He tore my dress around my upper body, luckily for me I wore a corset which was harder to tear off, but I knew that part was next, and he would go for it anyways.

I started to cry, I felt so powerless, there was nothing I could do.

I screamed but as soon as I did the guy put his hand on my mouth to muffle the sounds. his other hand lifting my dress. I tried to kick him, but he was too strong.

Suddenly there was a loud pang and the man collapsed in front of me. The other man turned around and started running, another gunshot.

I was unable to move, in shock, tears flowing over my cheeks. 

    'y/n' Taehyung ran towards me. 

    'Th.. they.. they tried to.. there was nothing.. I couldn't do anything' I rattled sobbing.

Taehyung pulled me into a hug   'you're safe now.'

There was indeed a safeness about being in his arms. My breath slowed down again, turning normal. My face facing his chest. 

    'Thank you' I said looking up to meet his eyes. 

      'I told you to stay close' he answered while still slowly moving his hand through my hair. 

      'I know, I am sorry there was this cat I wanted to follow, it's stupid I know.'

     'Come on let's go back to the ship' he indicated and he let go of me.
