MANKANSHOKU RESIDENCE

After the event's of the Natural's Election, (Y/n)'s been resting to fix up his aching body. "Man rampage Ryuko really did a number on me. That reminds me." The (H/c) haired boy sat up straight with his legs crossed as he began to go into deep thought. "Ryuko hasn't been herself lately for the past two days.I guess these event's affected her more than I thought they would." He spoke to no-one as he quickly stood up.

(Y/n) walked toward Ryuko's room which so happened to be next to yours. He noticed that her door was slightly open. Naturally you took a peak inside her room. (Y/n) noticed that Ryuko was just sitting on her bed, which was a good sign. However, he couldn't help but noticed the look of depression that was plastered on her face. Which, quite honestly (Y/n)'s heart sank a little seeing Ryuko like this.

"She seems quite upset from the events of the Naturals Election." Said a voice causing (Y/n) to jump as he turned around to see Mako's mother Sukuyo, who giggled at the young boy. "Oh it's you Mrs. Mankanshoku you scared me." Said a surprised (Y/n) as he took a breath. Sukuyo only giggled in response. "You noticed Ryuko's change in mood haven't you?" Sukuyo asked staring at the boy. "Yeah, and I can't help but feel bad, What should I do?" (Y/n) asked the woman in hopes of an answer.

"Well you're her boyfriend are you not? Then just go talk to her." Sukuyo simply explained to the teen. "But, I don't know how to handle someone who's depressed before! I mean sure I was in her shoes once, but still!" (Y/n) panicked slightly, that was until Sukuyo placed her hands on (Y/n)'s shoulders and stared into his eyes. "Just go talk to her. Maybe she just needs someone to vent to." Sukuyo warmly smiled at (Y/n) calming him down.

"You're right. Thank's Mrs. Mankanshoku." (Y/n) smiled back as he walked into Ryuko's room. Sukuyo simply watched (Y/n) close the door behind him with a smile. She shook her head and began to make her way to the living room. "That boy really is something." She said as she took one of the family picture frames. She opens the frame and grabs the paper behind it.

Sukuyo took the paper and unfolded it, to reveal a picture of a young Sukuyo, along with two other women in a group hug. (Jackie) One of the women had long (H/c) colored hair and (E/c) colored eyes. Her hair was fairly long back in the day, she wore black boots, boot cut jeans, a rolled up sleeve top plaid shirt, and carried her signature guitar on her back. She was the one to Sukuyo's left. (Haley) The woman to her right had short curly brown hair, and (E/c) colored eyes. She wore black knee high boots, gray skinny jeans, a pastel colored shirt, and a unzipped black leather jacket.

"You raised a fine young man...Jackie." Sukuyo whispered as a single tear drop hits the photo. "I miss you so much...old friends." Cried Sukuyo as a small white flame surrounded her hand for a second, but quickly vanished.

Meanwhile with Ryuko and (Y/n)

(Y/n) slid the door open, catching Ryuko's attention. She looks at (Y/n) and gives him a sorrowful smile. (Y/n) walked over to her and sat down next to her. "Hey..." (Y/n) started off while looking into Ryuko's eyes. "....Hey." Ryuko responded back with a weak smile. "You feeling better?" (Y/n) asked concerned very evident in his question. "A little....yeah." Ryuko said while looking away from (Y/n).

There was an awkward silence that lingered in the air for a bit. (Y/n) was gonna engage in some small talk when Ryuko started muttering. "(Y/n).... I'm really sorry...." She said in a whisper as her hair covered her eyes. "Ryuko, I thought I told you you don't have to be sorry for anything. I already forgave you." Smiled (Y/n) giving off a positive feeling. "But I have a reason not to be forgiven though! When I lost control, all I wanted was to kill Nui Harime, even if I had to destroy everything in path..." Ryuko began to shout as she gripped the bed sheets tightly as she continued. "But...I almost killed you. The fact that you tried everything to stop me only fueled the fire of my rage in my heart. I wanted to stop, I really did. However, my body kept refusing to stop, and I was forced to watch you getting thrown around like a ragdoll over and over again."
