Skyscrapers all around covers the tranquil viel of moon,
Entraps the soothing silver light,
Which lits up the gloomy corner,of the alleyways, wherein no soul is in sight.
She walked down the empty streets,
Devoid of shadows,
Darkness prevails in each and every corner,
Making her way to the hidden meadows.Deep sigh of relief escaped,
Serenity wave blew,
A smile ardorned her sweetheart shaped face,
Tiredness and anxiety that resided just flew.Sapphire eyes danced in glee,
In the tranquilness of midnight,
Bittersweet melody of harmonica danced in jolly,
Making her forget all her worries and inner fight. You guys are just judges. Put your views and sincerity in form of comments and votes. Let me know what you guys thought of this poem.
