Drowning in the symphony of silence,
Ebony hair covered with hood,
Sitting around the fire pit,
Away in the lonely woods.Darkness is everywhere,
No light is to be found,
Belongs with this realm,
To reside here, I'm bound.Once upon a time,
I saw an image,
Reflected by the light,
Chased to find mirage. Now I'm drowning in loneliness,
A drug I can't resist,
Waiting for the time to arrive,
When I'll cease to exist. My dear kin and kith,
Think me as a dream,
May be good, bad or bittersweet,
I'm just a light who has lost its gleam.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I penned this poem exactly 2 years ago when I was under tension and pressure. During one of the darkest period of my life, I wrote this. That time I didn't have anyone to console me. I was feeling very much alone. They were my struggling days. I'm glad that I've them since they made me a stronger and better person. That time I learn to be independent when I'm sad rather than crying over the spilled milk.
The poetry I wrote was my own way to heal myself and console myself. Few can understand what the poem means.
