"What are your plans for today?"Aaron lay sprawled out on the bed, laying on my stomach while I played with his hair. He claimed he loved laying on my stomach because it was soft and loved my hands in his hair because it was even softer.
"I'm going sightseeing with Andy."
"Who's Andy?"
"The only other person I know in the whole of Sydney."
He nodded and then surprise surprise, produced a bag of crisps from his pocket. I folded my arms. "What about you? What are your plans for today?"
He shrugged. "I have none. I think I'm just going to stay in here."
"You've not done that before. What do you do all day Aaron?"
"Why should I tell you?"
"Because we're roommates?"
He snorted at my dumb answer. "I go to a dance school not far away."
I was surprised. "You take a dance class?"
He actually sounded offended. "Take? I teach dance classes."
I eyed him up. He was physically fit and muscled but it didn't mean anything. "You can dance?"
"As well as I can breathe." He sighed. "It's the only thing that keeps me sane through med school."
I was beyond flabbergasted. "You go to med school?"
He glared at me. "I am offended by your tone."
"I'm sorry it's just, you don't look all science-y and ..." The buzz from my phone cut me off. It was a text that made me curse when I read it.
He frowned. "What's wrong?"
"Andy's held up at work. She won't be able to go with me." It was a travial thing but I was very unhappy. "So much for my wonderful plans."
I'd thought he would sympatize with me, but the man, I usually forgot he was in fact, a man, as he was older than eighteen, stared at me blankly.
"What?"
"You do realize this is my world and I know everything about it right?"
"Your point?"
He sighed. "I know this city, I'm from this city so let me show you around."
I smiled. "Thank you Aaron."
He waved it off. "Tell me. Where exactly did you go yesterday?"
"The bridge, the opera, and a boutique."
He pursed his lips in thought. "Did you go through Circular Quay?"
I blinked. "Uh, what?"
He waved it off. "Forget about it. What about Bondi Beach? Did you go there?"
"No."
"Well then." He clapped. "Get dressed. Next stop, Bondi Beach."
I inwardly smirked. Andy had forced me to buy a blue swimsuit which was more than perfect for the occasion.

Aaron's eyes almost fell out.
I stood in front of him in nothing but my swimsuit, watching his eyes grow dark as they raked over my body, and not discreetly.
