[AN: Previous chapter: Gulf substituted for Bright as a tour guide for Mew, Third and Singto. Upon remembering a part of his past, his tears fell.]
His front act crumbled for a moment and he passed it off as 'not feeling well'.
"I'll wait for you in the car. I'm just not used to the cold." He removed Mew's grip on him and ran out of the place. His tears dried as quickly as they had fallen. It was too cold that it became icy moist on his face instantly. Had the place been well-lighted, Mew would've seen his tears.
Mew was dumbfounded. Before he can reply, Gulf was already back to the entrance and he wasn't sure what had just happened. Perplexed, he tried to follow him, but Singto appeared and wanted to take their pictures.
"P'Mew, Bright sent a message." Third scrolled up on his phone. "He apologizes and asks us if we can eat dinner at Hour Glass."
"Why not?" Mew asked. "The food is good. It will also help their bar."
The three of them thought that they'll meet with Bright in the evening, but when they came out of Frost Magical Ice, he was right there leaning on their car.
"What are you doing here? Where's Gulf?" Mew asked, confused.
"Gulf? He left. His shift starts in an hour and he needs to go. My gig is at night, so I still have time to tour you around. I'm really sorry for not arriving earlier." Bright explained.
"It's not a problem, don't worry." Mew said, looking around to check if Gulf really left.
"Want to go on a trick museum?" Bright suggested.

By the time it became dark, Bright was driving back to Hour Glass after several stopovers. Third just wanted to buy the whole of Thailand's merchandise. Singto can't stop filming everything, while Mew... well he became quiet when Bright arrived.
When they entered the bar, the girls all screamed in delight at the sight of Bright. Automatically, Mew's eyes looked for Gulf and he spotted him serving drinks on a nearby table. He knows that Gulf had seen them, but somehow, he didn't acknowledge them.
"I thought we're already close." Mew mumbled. Even if the guy had limited speech, at least he was answering questions and suggesting things earlier. Now, it was as if their tour earlier was just an imagination. Gulf isn't looking at them at all.
