prologue

azure stood in front of the mirror with a small frown on her face. she hated this part of her morning ritual but it had to be done.

she had to hide her omega scent.

to protect her dignity and her business.

she sprayed the scent hider generously making sure to clog her scent glands. she would never get caught. not if she could help it. she had worked too hard for her bakery/cafe to be taken away from her over such a silly thing.

she slipped into her pale pink button up shirt and jeans. chose some comfy sneakers, took the keys to her pride and joy and locked the door of her apartment. swiftly making it out onto the street to take the 15 minute walk to her shop.

amethyst loudly patted the back of the moving truck that had the equipment for her new gym. she watched as it drove away to a new destination.

she locked the door to her house.

she knew she would miss the quiet house but she knew she would love where she was going. she knew better things were waiting for her where she was going.

she put the key to what was her home under the welcome mat and hopped into her car. she connected her phone to her car and put on some traveling music cause it would be a long drive to her destination.

'portsville, here i come!'. she said out loud.

sapphire kicked the door to the old looking building in annoyance. the headquarters doors swinging violently at the force she kicked with.

she was not particularly annoyed that she had to move to this new town benson talked about. more annoyed at how early she was leaving.

it was 6am. nobody in their right mind was up at that time.

she sighed as she got into her car and realised that she would have to drive herself there. luckily clothes and all that junk was already waiting for her in her new apartment.

'but benson is still a peice of shit for having me drive this fucking early'. she said out loud to no one in particular.
