New Villain in Town

(Tails' P.O.V.)

    "And you're sure it's not Eggman?" "Absolutely positive. Those robots definitely did not look like Eggman's." A few hours ago Knuckles came into my workshop yelling about someone stealing the Master Emerald. He described the robots as humanoid and feminine. I thought perhaps the robots might've been prototypes Eggman was working on. But then Knuckles described their leader. He described him as a rather feminate looking guy wearing a metal mask and (F/C) armor covered in glowing (S/C) markings. Knuckles assumes that it was a guy because he sounded like one. He said the guy called himself (V/N). "Well, I guess I'll let Sonic know about (V/N) when he gets back from his run. Thank you for telling me about this Knuckles. Don't worry, we'll find (V/N) and get the Master Emerald back." "Thanks, Tails. But careful, (V/N) is nothing like Eggman."

(Reader's P.O.V.)

    A successful raid of Angel Island. With the Master Emerald's power, I can find the seven chaos emeralds and control them as I please. Although, I have a particular nuisance that made getting out of my base a challenge. For the past week, Sonic the blue rat has been tailing me. Everywhere I go, he's there. I go to the café to celebrate my latest victory and surprise, there he is with a bouquet of (F/FL). "Heya, (Y/N)!" "Oh for the love of all things chaotic... Hi, blue rat. What do you want now?" "Oh I was just walking through town and I passed by this really nice flower shop and thought you might like a nice-" To my fortune and his misfortune, the pink nuisance, Amy comes running over. "Sonic! Oh, are those for me? Aw, you're so thoughtful." Without even letting him explain she takes the bouquet from him. It's a shame that the flowers are my favorite, but seeing the look on Sonic's face when she takes the flowers is a nice consolation prize. I sit at my table enjoying my (F/D) and my (F/F) watching my new favorite show, Sonic and the pink nuisance.  But, of course, the show gets boring after a while. Maybe a change is needed. And I know just how to change the channel.

(Sonic's P.O.V.)

    I was so busy trying to get the flowers back from Amy that I failed to notice (Y/N) left. I've been trying to get her attention all week. It took me all last week just to get her name! She's so mysterious I find myself instantly captivated. And now Amy is ruining my chances to talk to her! Just then I hear a crash and some screaming. Great. Now Eggman's distracting me. Except, when I run to the source of the chaos, I don't find Eggman. I find someone new. He's wearing a black cloak and (F/C) armor with (S/C) markings. He's got on a metal mask to hide his face and he definitely looks human. He's got these human-like robots making a mess of Station Square! "Well, well. What have we here? The Blue Knight showing up late to the party. How unusual. According to your data, you're supposed to be the fastest thing alive. How underwhelming that you are slower than your data." The bad guy speaks in a metallic and robotic voice but it's definitely not a robot, he sounds way too cocky for that. "Well, I ran into a little traffic on the way here. Who are you anyway?" I watch as screens in the city light up with the guy's masked face. "I am the one they call, (V/N)."
