"I know you do but you know I'll be to busy signing books and meeting fans along with more meetings with my publisher and manager, you know Pete and Edgar." rory said in a soft gentle voice to try and let her daughter down easy "So I just want to go with you and see all the people and go walk around New York and see the big colorful boards " lily said " i want to take you to see all the bill boards but I would need someone to stay with you in the apartment while I'm busy "rory said ". Lily started making her sad face . "I can go with you to the book store and wait for you in the back corner and then we can go afterwards " rory laughed at how quick witted and good at convincing her , her daughter was . Just like her father "PLEAAASSSEEE !!!!!" she was doing a full on puppy dog eyes with a quivering lip move which rory couldn't say no to. " okay ... but your staying in the corner coloring and behind me while I finish up and I'll ask my publisher to keep an eye on you " Lily's face lit up " YAAAYY " she celebrated
