chap 10

A/N. Yo...I can't believe I reached this far. I'm currently in a very hmmm tiring part of college so I hope you understand if I can't update this story as much as desired. School drains the soul and mind.

Also thanks for all the support even though I'm not deserving of them. Last chapter ended with 606 words ahhhh my mysme heart felt abundant joy so imma carry on.

" You really bought one. "

Kael decided to ignore Yuna's smug face as she smirked at him. Kael felt a bit irked but reigned his anger in as he handed her a thick stack of papers.

" What is this? "

" Paperwork for your pet project. "

It was rewarding to see her look at him in shock.

" Kael...I'm blind! "

" Its written in braille. "

" Oh..."

She sat obediently and started to read through it. Her eyes looking at him pitifully.

" Why do I have to do this? " She proceeded to pout as she placed the papers to the side.

" Owning a hospital comes with its huge responsibilities, my lady. " Kael pushed his imaginary glasses up as he stopped his impending cackle. " I did warn you to not buy one. "

" But I have you! "

It was just a definite fact but those words did make Kael feel a bit warm. Probably because it was summer. Yeah...totally.

" But someday...what if I'm not here? "

" Huh? Didn't we sign a contract? " Yuna rolled her eyes as she continued to read the pile. Not noticing how the air turned gloomy as Kael just nodded.

Right... Everything was just a contract.  After she fulfills her wish he would then be rewarded with her soul. Playing human has made Kael a bit soft.

" Thank you, my lady. " For reminding me.

" You're weird today. "

Kael couldn't help to feel a bit bitter. A rancid feeling clutching around his throat as he saw how eager she acted. JUST for this Jinwoo guy.

" What are you trying to achieve by doing this? "

She briefly paused reading before shrugging. " Nothing really. "

She pushed the papers away before turning towards him.

" It's not like I have anything to do remember? "

He smirked and he was glad she wasn't able to see it.

" Have you forgotten the homeworks due tomorrow my lady? "

It was satisfying to see her go several shades of pale as she realized that yes. She procrastinated.

" WHY DIDN'T YOU REMIND ME!? "

" Well I was busy looking for your pet project plan. "

" KAEL! "

It was another peaceful morning. This was how things should be. He stared at the hospital papers and wondered to himself.

She wouldn't notice if I accidentally left it in the garden right?

The dark gloomy clouds and the earlier weather report of heavy rain made Kael smile.

Just this once.

Imagine being so jealous you don't realize you were feeling jealous. Poor Kael ┐(￣ヘ￣)┌. I've been reading yandere stories lately so Kael might be influenced slightly by that. I ain't satisfied with this but I have to give smth out. If there's any errors then uhm I just woke up and decided to write smth.
