Chapter 6 Mystery killer part 2

All I saw as I opened my eyes was the white dry paint on my ceiling. I heard my phone's alarm clock and quickly turned it off, I've seen those pigtails somewhere before. In my last life both me and Fumino die, who is this mystery killer? And what does she want with us? I got off my bed, used the restroom, changed, got my belongings, and quickly walked out the front door, locked it, then started running to the station, missing breakfast once again. Since I'm going to arrive a little early, my plan is to wait for Fumino to get off the train, convince her to go easy on Uzami, and stay beside her for the whole day and try to protect her. I make it to the station, pay, enter my train, and arrive. I walk over to a bench and wait for 6 minutes till a train arrives and I see the black straight hair on her head, her ribbon on her left hand. I walk over to her, "hey Fumino, what a surprise that we see each other here," I said in a joking manner. "Oh you came early today as well?" She asked, "yes I did. I didn't do much homework yesterday so I tried to go into class early and do it there," I lied. "There's a cafe near here, we still have an hour and a few minutes till classes start, if we do some now you might be able to complete most of it." She said nervously.
"Oh then c'mon let's go right now," I said, this could be a great opportunity to talk about Uzami with her, the only problem is that I completed my homework yesterday so I'm going to have to act dense. We make it to the cafe, take our seats, and order our drinks. "Ok so take out your homework," she said, I grabbed my bag and took out my completed homework. "Oh shit, I already did it,"  I said, "hahaha maybe I was too tired from yesterday that I forgot I completed it, I'm sorry," "no, no, no it's okay this stuff sort of happens sometimes," she said as she started to blush. Our waitress came to our table and put down our drinks. "It's almost like we're on a date," I said, there was silence in the air for a few seconds, "talking about dates, my friend Uzami has feelings for you," I said, she instantly looked at me seriously, "why does he have feelings for me?" She asked, "He told me that ever since our first year semester when he laid eyes on you his heart kept beating whenever he was around you." I responded, "I don't have any feelings back, I'm in love with y—," she said as I instantly cut her off, "can you at least be gentle with him and do it in private?" I asked, "I'll be easy with him in private," she said as I turned my head facing the window next to my head. I saw Uzami standing there staring at the both of us sitting at the same table drinking coffee. Fumino hadn't noticed Uzami but she did notice how my face changed, Uzami instantly ran away, I got up my seat really quickly making noise. I took out my wallet and left 5,000 yen on the table, "sorry I have to go," I said as she was startled. I ran out the door with my belongings and went the direction Uzami was running. I saw him a few 20 feet ahead of me, as we kept running we got closer to the school, I saw Yua at the distance, once Uzami saw Yua he ran at her, stopped, then turned around. "You're an asshole!" Uzami said out loud, "what do you mean Uzami?" Yua asked, "a friend doesn't go for another man's crush," he said looking me in the eye. "You got it all wrong, we were just talking," I said, "you two were in a cafe drinking coffee together and chatting like nothing was around you two, talking my ass, from my point of view it looked like you two were already a couple. Fumino came from behind me, "hey is something wrong?" She asked, Uzami spotted her, "I thought you were my friend," Uzami then left running, Yua saw me and Fumino together, her eyes darkened, she turned around and started walking towards school, I remembered where I saw those pigtails from. They were Yua's, it can't be, she wouldn't kill her childhood friend, or would she? I now have 3 problems to deal with.
After the entire thing that went down I retrieved the metal like ball from we're it was and went to class. I tried talking to Uzami during and after all my classes but he just ignored me, I need to clear up this situation somehow? Just my luck, I get stuck with a yandere that can kill me any second, I have a suspicion that Yua is my killer, and I have Uzami, my best friend misunderstanding my relationship with Fumino. Anyway right now what I mostly need to focus on is proving if Yua is or is not the mystery killer, but where to find her? I walked around the entire school and couldn't seem to find her, maybe I missed her? I sighed out loud and kept walking as someone grabbed my shoulder. It can't be, I have a few hours left till I died in my last round, I quickly turned around and went for a punch. I saw Fumino in front of me quickly block my punch then look at me weirdly, "sorry about that, you startled me," I said, "oh no I'm sorry it's my fault, I shouldn't have creeped up on you," she said with a small smile. "What are you doing?" She said seriously, ok im going to have to make her cautious of me, so just incase the killer goes for the attack I have someone to defend me. "Hey Fumino, do you know how to fight?" I asked, "why do you want to know?" She responded staring closely right at me, "well since you blocked my attack I figured you know, anyway I've been feeling watched lately," I said looking away from here.
"Uhhhhhh, who would watch you?" Fumino said acting strange, she's bad at lying, "anyway I was just wondering if you can watch over me throughout the day so nothing bad happens to me," I said, "I'll see what I can do," Fumino responded, "thanks," I said as I walked away from her saying "later." Ok I have protection now I need to settle things with Uzami as fast as I can so I can quickly uncover if Yua really is my killer or not. I walked around the second floor when I noticed no kids were there, strange but I continued to look around on the third floor and saw people leaving the classroom. I checked my phone and saw that the school would close their gates soon, maybe he went home early? I walked around some more on the third floor and saw him sitting on the 3rd floor stairs.
"Hey Uzami!" I said out loud a few feet away from him, Uzami got up and yelled, "stay away from me," Uzami began to run up the stairs, I ran as well, this school has five floors and a roof, if this keeps going I'll catch him in no time.
"Uzami please wait up, I have to talk to you!" I screamed as I gasped for air while I ran trying to catch Uzami. Uzami reached the fifth floor and ran through the hallway into a classroom. He's trapped, I go to the door and slide it open while I see Uzami panting and taking a seat.
"I told you to stay away from me, so why are you still chasing after me, I get it you're in a relationship with Fumino," he said while panting, "no, you're wrong, there's nothing happening between Fumino and me," I said. "Bullshit I saw you two in that cafe talking to each other like you two were a couple," he said.
"Listen Uzami, you're my best friend, I would never do something like that so please, believe me, we've known each other since middle school, we've both had crushed before but please believe me, me and Fumino are nothing." I said as I looked him straight in the eye. Uzami stopped panting and stood up and stopped panting, he walked towards me.
"I'll need some time," he said as we walked past me and slid the door open, "please believe me," I said. At that instant the hallway lights went out one by one. We both heard a loud smashing sound in the distance. Someone was coming for us, it was time to uncover my killer.
