I hear Zac yelling outside and look at Emilia, we were just packing her stuff to take it inside. "Did he say guns ?"

"I am pretty sure he said guns". Her eyes are blown wide and we run for the tent exit at the same time. What is happening.

Sherry comes out from one of the other tents, looking at us with worried eyes. We all hurry towards the house.

As we come out in the area in front of the house we see Zac come sprinting, Blue on his heels. "Get inside.. they are here.. those bastards are here and they are armed".

"Well so are we". Nick says, as him, Marshall and Matt come out the house. Marshall is loading a rifle, Nick has one of those high power bows they use for fishing.. and Matt has a salt gun.

"Nick.. here". Zac calls out and Nick throws him the other salt gun.. and even though the situation is scary, and it probably should be the last thing on my mind, I have to admit that it looks rather sexy when he catch it with one hand, pump it action movie style in the same movement and turn around, shooting the man coming around the corner behind him square in the face, making him crumble, screaming about his eyes.

Three other guys come around the corner, two of them has rifles, and instantly lift them.

"Uhm guys.. you are kinda outnumbered and outgunned.. and as you are on my private property, threatening us.. we can actually like shoot you.. so what about you put down those guns ?" Zac says as he glances at me, like he wants to make sure I am okay.

For a moment the men look like they are realising that he is right, and they are glancing at each other. I am holding my breath, hoping this is it, that Zac's quick actions managed to stop this in time.

"Totally..". LZ stops talking and also stops in his tracks right as him and Nina comes around the corner. "Oh shit".

"No.. you choose the right moment to show up". One of the men says, pulling LZ in front of him, an arm around his neck.

Another guy grabs Nina before she can react, making Nick take a step forward. "Let her go you inbred bastard".

"Oh so this is your woman ? Pretty little thing.. I bet she squeals like a piggy when she gets it". The man grin and Nick looks about to blow a fuse.

"Hey what about we talk about this like civilized people.. so no one gets hurt". Marshall says.. looking like the one keeping most calm.

Zac holds up a hand. "Yeah let's keep calm everyone.. let's find a good solution to this".

"Uhm she smells delicious too.. Maybe I should just keep her.. I bet she would be happy having a real man". The guy holding Nina licks her up the neck, making me want to throw up.

"No.. Nick don't". Zac yells and we all see the flames shoot up in Nick's eyes, before he plants an arrow in the man's thigh. "Fuck I said calm.. shooting people is not calm".

I think everyone else let out a gasp, scared what will happen.. the man holding Nina staggers and Nina rips herself loose running into Nick's arms.

Marshall calls out. "LZ now.. Shed.. attack boy".

Everything goes really fast as LZ elbow the guy holding him and step down on his foot, while he is focussed on everything else that is happening. Shed, quickly followed by Blue, attacks the unarmed man, while Zac quickly grabs the gun from the guy Nick shot with the arrow.

"Yeah.. you guys should just have surrendered right ?" Zac says, looking around.

LZ has pulled the gun from the guy who was holding him, pointing it at him. Shed managed to pull the guy down, and is now having his front paws on his chest growling in his face.. Blue is pulling at his arm.

"Are you okay baby.. he didn't hurt you did he ?" Nick is gently brushing the hair from Nina's face and looking at her with concern.

"Oh no worries she loved every second". The guy stupidly says.

Nick gently pulls himself loose from Nina and steps forward, lifting the bow and loading it with a new arrow. "Oh yeah.. well I will definitely enjoy this".

"Nick no.. don't". Zac steps in front of him, shaking his head, which makes me really worried.. I do not like the angry look on Nick's face.

"Zac.. please get out of my way.. the idiot attacked us.. I have every right to shoot him". Nick's hand is shaking slightly and I am scared he might accidentally shoot Zac.

Zac shakes his head. "Can't do it mate.. I know you.. you would regret it when you have calmed down.. so I can't let you kill him.. sorry".

"Last warning Zac.. move". Nick does not look like he is going to listen, but Zac just shakes his head and stands his ground.

Nina steps up to wrap her arms around Nick. "Breathe mi amore.. it's okay.. let it go.. Zac is right, you would regret after.. I don't want you to have regrets because of me".

"He deserves it.. the way he..". It's clear to see how his body starts to relax. "No one can treat you like that".

"I am okay Nick.. you protected me.. you did good". She says softly and he relaxes further.

Zac looks at Nina. "Are we.. good here".

"We are good". Nick nods, lowering the bow slightly. "I am not gonna shoot him unless he run or something else dumb".

"Good". Zac smiles at him, then at Nina. "Thanks sweetie".

The guy that Nick wanted to shoot pads Zac on the shoulder. "Thanks man.. he is like ..".

Zac slams his elbow into his face, sending him sprawling. "Do not touch me you scum.. LZ.. Nick.. I think we need some rope.. to keep these bastards under control until the cops come".
