Y/N: SMUT WARNING. also sorry this is so short lol

Her home was silent. Everyone was asleep, and the only thing that could be heard was the soft pounding of the air ventilator that didn't disturb her deep sleep. The dream she was immersed in was strange; she was in forest, but then began falling, and falling, but while she was falling there was a knock that rang out through her head. She stirred in her bed, sleepy exhalations still emitting yet she didn't budge from her slumber. But the knocks became louder, and louder, and louder....

It was so loud that she woke up.

She snapped up straight in her bed. The knocking on her window had her heart pounding at five hundred beats per minute. Not even thinking of the underage magic rule, she snatched her wand from her bedside table with a shaking hand and rose up, raising it up at the window.

The pounding was growing aggressive, and the fear of her family waking up in the night to find her with her wand out was too strong for her to
back down.

"Alohomora." she whispered to the window. The window unlatched with a creak, leaving only the screen to separate her room from the outside world. Squinting, she nearly shrieked when a human face was looking straight back at her from outside.

"Hey, it's just me!" She knew the voice too well. Not only that, but she couldn't have misplaced the flaming red head of hair for anyone except him.

"What in the hell, Ron?!" she chided him in a  half-whisper. Her eyes dropped to outside the window. He was levitating on a broom for God's sake!

"Get inside!" she opened the screen. "Someone might see you."

"Yeah, at three in the morning on a Tuesday in this little neighborhood." he scoffed as he climbed in with his broom in hand. "Very likely."

"You don't get to sass me, Weasley." her hands were on her hips. "Do you realize what an ass move that was? I thought you would've learned a bloody lesson when you nearly got expelled for flying that damned car only five years ago-"

Amusement was evident on his features which only heightened her frustration. Reaching out, he took her shoulder and sat her down on her bed before taking a seat beside her.

"Listen, I'm gonna have to hear this same lecture from my mum, so why don't you spare me, yeah?"

"Why are you here?"

"Wow, and I thought you'd be happy to see me," he chuckled and flashed a playful grin.

"This. Is. Not. Funny. Ron!" With her pillow, she ended each word with a firm blow to the side which only made him laugh hysterically. "Also be quiet! My family is still sleeping, you know."

"Right, sorry, sorry." he calmed himself and looked back down at her. "I missed you. Summer's too long of a break to go without you."

"It's only been three weeks." she quirked an eyebrow with a small smirk.

"Yeah, way too long don't you think?" he flopped back on her bed with all of his weight. "I missed
you."

Sighing, she did the same so that she was laying next to him. Y/N planted a kiss on his cheek, and a warm blush covered his cheeks along with a smile; she'd missed that smile.

"You didn't respond to my last letter." she whispered to him.

"I tried to," he explained, "but Pigwidgeon got injured and I was impatient so I just flew to you, cause why not."
