"Coffee, Tea or Me?"
I almost cursed myself when I found myself entering the familiar cafe. Damn...I'm spacing out again!
I plan to back out...but the moment I open the door, karamihan ng mga customer ay napatingin sa akin...kaya para hindi magmukhang kahiya-hiya, tumuloy na lang ako. Kahit labag sa loob ko!
I sighed in relief when no one occupied my favorite spot here. I comfortably sit as I surveyed the place. Everything's familiar...but the feelings is not the same anymore.
I wouldn't thought I'll still have the courage to come here.
Well...This place means a lot to me. Saksi nito ang paghihirap ko sa pag-aaral. It helped me to cope up with stress back then. You know, being a college student is never been easy. But luckily, I found this place and been my comfort zone those times...
It is indeed a place that gives me so much comfort during my hardships. Lalo na yung nandito.
I stopped reminiscing those moments when a waiter went to my table...and what he said suddenly boiled the anger inside of me.
"Good day Ma'am! What do you want... Coffee, Tea or Me?" he said sweetly.
Those words are the exact words that someone told me...and the reason why I became fond of going in here back then.
At ang mismong dahilan rin kung bakit nakaya kong magalit ng lubos sa inaakala ko...
"FLASHBACK"
Napaayos ako ng upo mula sa pagkakatungo nang may makitang pares ng sapatos sa harapan ko.
My lips parted when I completely have the sight of someone in front of me. I was mesmerized by his looks. My god! He's so good-looking! I almost shrieked when he smiled sweetly to me.
"What do you want Miss...Coffee, Tea or Me?" even his voice is so attractive!
"Y-You" wala sa sariling sagot ko. He bit his lip and chuckled. "You want me huh?"
Me eyes widened at his sudden laugh. Pinanliitan niya ako ng mata...Kaya halos iumpog ko na ang mukha ko sa hiya when I realized what's his laughing all about.
"A-Ano" napapikit ako ng walang mahanap na tamang salita. "You're a waiter?" buti na lang naisip ko yun...kundi...naku naman self...gwapo pa nga!
"Yes...So your order is me?...Okay, noted Miss!"
I blinked when he sit to the seat in front of me. "Huy, seryoso ka ba?" tinitigan niya lang ako.
I looked around and noticed there are many customers. "They might need you there. Look, you have many customers." still no response from him.
I got awkward so I just focused on my papers in the table. Napahawak ako sa tyan ng makaramdam ng gutom. Yan kase...nakaorder kana sana kanina pa...ghe...Landi pa!
Nakapagdecide na ako. Oorder na ako...no matter what!
Sa pagsulyap ko sa kanya ay ang siya ring pagtayo niya. Bumagsak ang balikat ko sa pagkadismaya. I pouted and stared at nowhere...did he find me boring? did he realized that his work is calling him? o baka umupo lang siya at hinihintay ako mag-order...at ng marealized niya na wala pa akong balak umorder...ay nagsasayang lang pala siya ng oras.
Stupid Anya! bakit ngayon mo lang narealize!
I jumped out of shocked when someone put something in my table. It took a minute before it sink in my mind that it was him again...the waiter
Nakaramdam ulit ako ng gutom ng mapadako ang paningin ko sa pagkaing nilapag niya.
"U-Uhm I think nagkakamali ka ng table. Hindi pa ako umu-order." I whispered.
