Jahseh made it home.
"Hey Jahseh" His dad spoke
"Hey dad" he greeted sounding kinda down
"You okay?" His dad questioned
"Mhm" he nodded going up the stairs. He walked in his room and threw himself on his bed. He cried into his pillow.
"Why do I have to be so deeply in love with her" he cried. This made him emotional.
"Why me? Why me?" He repeated. He continued to cry into his pillow. He felt his bed dip and a hand on his back.
"What's wrong son?" His dad spoke. Jahseh lifted his head up revealing his red, puffy eyes.
"It's stupid" he shrugged his shoulders
"I'm sure it's not stupid if you're crying" his dad rubbed his back.
"It's just *sigh* you know Y/n right?" Jahseh questioned
"That pretty girl that you're friends with?" He questioned
"Well......I like her.....a-as more than a friend and I hate myself for it" he admits
"No need to hate yourself. That's normal. Especially since you guys are so close" his dad comforted. Jahseh nodded his head.
"Dad I'm just......I-I'm deeply in love with her. More than I should be" he revealed
"You must really like this girl huh?" He rubbed his back
"Well shoot yo shot" he suggested
"Dad I can't" he said
"The worst that can happen is she'll say no" he shrugged his shoulders
"No the worst that can happen is she'll reject me and out friendship will never be the same because she'll know I caught feelings for her or she'll look at me differently or-" he panicked
"That girl loves you. She knows everything about you. Remember when she found out that your bipolar?" His dad says. Jahseh nodded his head.
"And she didn't let that bother her because it doesn't even matter. She still looks at you as the Jahseh she loves" he assured him. Jahseh nodded his head.
"You wanna shoot yo shot tomorrow?" He questioned
"Y-yeah" he hesitated
"Ok. Just sleep on it. I'll tell you what I have in mind okay" he said. Jahseh nodded head.
"Ight" his dad said. He kissed Jahseh's forehead and exited the room. Jahseh felt better after his conversation with his dad.

Jahseh couldn't get Y/n out of his mind. Her smile was permanently in his memory. He wanted to call her but he didn't know if she was asleep because it was 2:00am. He decided to see if it was a possibility that she was awake.
