Y/N POV
I wake up in the middle of night because I was having night terrors about getting raped ... a nurse walks in and try's to calm me down and ask if she should call daveed ... I nod because I'm not able to talk and try to lay back down .. but I just twist and turn and dig my nails into my skin because I can feel them on me ... I can hear them so I try to cover my ears ...  nothing works ....
Daveed POV
I get a call from the hospital at 4 AM and I think the worst so I answer .. " Hello is Y/N okay?" I ask " well kinda she woke up having night terrors about getting raped and we can't help her get out of it ..." the nurse says "okay I'm on my way!" I hang up and get dressed real quick and head to the hospital... when I get there I see they had restrained Y/N ... I run over the her and try to talk her out of it ... " Y/N it's me daveed .. there not real! they can hurt you!" It doesn't work.. " can you untie her please?" I ask the nurse ... the nurse comply and unties her ... I hold her hand and start to sing to her ..
" You are my sunshine ... my only sunshine ... you make me happy when skies are grey .. you never know dear how much I love you .. please don't take my sunshine away... " she slowly starts to calm down . " hey Y/N it's okay .. your okay ..." still no response... her eyes are shut close ... " hey Y/N you can open your eyes .. it's me daveed .." she slowly opens her eyes ... " hey sunshine .." she doesn't respond but she does reach for my hair so I bend down and let her play with it ... the doctor comes into the room so I put headphones in her ears ..
" during these night terrors she might remain non verbal for a while .. this happens to a lot of people . But it is not permanent.. after a awhile when she starts feeling safe again she will talk you just have to be patient..." the doctor says .. I nod and go back to letting her play with my hair ... the nurses end up making a bed for me so I can next to her ... I go next to her and hold her in my arms while stroking her hair .. and just like that she's out ....
Time skip to 10 AM also Y/N POV
I wake up in Daveeds arms ... I tap his shoulder but he doesn't seem to budge so I kiss him on the lips and that wakes him up ... " good morning floof!"
I say , he is still stunned .. " good morning sunshine .." the doctor comes in and says I am free to go when ever ... when they say that I spring up but I realize I'm still attached to machines so I lay back down .. daveeds laughing . " hey that's not funny!" I say " yes it is!" He says laughing, then I get on top of him and his whole mood changed ..  " what's funny now pretty boy?" I say in a low voice .. " n-nothing ..." I roll over and start to laugh! " hey you gonna leave me hanging! I thought this was going somewhere!" He says pretending to be upset " can't ! Doctor said I gotta wait a month to do anything !" I'm still laughing and he joins in ! The doctors come in and un hook from the machine and give me new clothes .. I get changed and me and daveed head back to my house ... " home sweet home!" I say while flopping on the couch 🛋 he sits down too an turns on the TV ... he texts everybody that I'm out of the hospital... I lay down on daveeds lap while he plays while my hair and just admire him ... " you know it's rude to star." He says looking down at me.. " oh pfft you stared at me plenty of times!" I say in denfense. " whattt no I haven't .." he says looking to the side .. I get up and sit on hot lap facing him .. " oh yes you have mister.." I say in a low voice ... " you have to stop turning me on! God you know what's gonna happen in one month! You better prepare yourself ! Of course only if you want to.. I don't want to force you into anything ..." he says I get off and bend down in the shorts they gave me .. " oh you mean like this?" I laugh cause I can tell he is flustered... " God damnit Y/N!" He says .. " just because I can't do it doesn't mean I can't help aid.." I say with a smirk .. he looks at me with wide eyes and well you know what happened next ... after that I get cleaned up and make some tacos! He comes out all cleaned up too and kisses my neck .. " thank you sunshine ." He says in my ear .. " no no no! Do not use my game against me!" I say " oh but what I do?" He says laughing .. " rude you haven't even asked me to be your girlfriend !" I say jokingly.. " oh so that's what you want sunshine ... well not yet .." I frown .. he tilts my head up at him.. " I never said I wouldn't .. but I wanna take you out!" He says while looking at me .. " is that your way of asking me on a date ?" I laugh .. " maybe.." he says smiling. " well then yes I would love to go on a date!" I say while kissing him on the cheek.. " alright then it's settled ! Tomorrow at 7 I'll pick you up!" He says while going to sit down . I put the tacos down and we eat.. after he asks me if I want him to leave I tell him no because I don't know what would happen if he did so we go and lay down in my bed and fall asleep... that night I had no night terrors! I was pretty proud of myself ... the next morning I wake up to the smell of eggs and bacon and.. waffles! I sprint down to the kitchen and see daveed shirtless making breakfast .. I blush .. " staring again what did I say." He says I just laugh and go to sit down .. he brings the bacon and eggs and waffles and sits them down and we eat! Me and him decide that it would be nice to go to a pinic with the whole cast so I could see them again I agree and I pick out outfits for the both of us . I end up wearing this
