Summary: Soulmate AU where you have a black stain where your soulmate is supposed to touch you for the first time.
(also mixed with a highschool AU)

*Beep* *Beep* *Beep*

Army groaned quietly when his alarm clock rang and shut it off. Time to get up and get ready for school.

He sat up slowly and rubbed at his eyes. "Another school day...", he mumbled tiredly before he set his feet on the cold ground which gave him shivers. "How come it is always so cold in the morning?", he muttered to himself and wrapped his arms around himself as he made his way to the bathroom.

Once in the bathroom he started doing his normal morning routine like brushing his teeth and putting on his daily make up. Afterwards he went back to his own room to get dressed. Once he had put his sleeping clothing off he looked at himself in the mirror, his gaze shifting over to the dark black spot on his butt which made him blush.

Everyone had a black stain somewhere where their soulmate would touch them for the first time. And after that everything would become all colourful. Or that's what his parents had told him. He didn't believe in it though.

He sighed and put on his clothing quickly. "Still got some time left until I have to go... Guess I can still eat some breakfast...", he mumbled as he looked at his alarm clock.

After that being said he had went downstairs to the kitchen and made himself a toast with cheese on it. Once finished he sat down at the dinning table and started to eat it while scrolling through Squidstagram.

While scrolling through the app he got quite lost with the time until he looked at the clock on the wall. His eyes widened in shock and he immediately got up. "Oh no I'm late-?!", he said in panic and hurried upstairs to grab his bag. Once he got it he hurried out of the house and quickly made his way to school. Luckily he didn't live far from school and could walk over there.

Luckily he managed to get to his locker and then into the classroom just in time. He sighed when he finally sat down in his usual seat and set his things down. 'Good god... I'm glad I'm not late... As the student representative I can't let things like this happen again... Next time I just shouldn't get myself distracted by Squidstagram again...', he thought to himself not noticing a new student entering the classroom.

It was a young boy with a cap and pink tentacles. He also had his black mark right across his cheek in form of a hand. Most people got their spots on their hands but he had it on his cheek. He went over to their teacher and talked to her for a moment.

"Good morning class. This is our new student. Go on and introduce yourself.", said the teacher aloud once they had finished talking.

Army snapped out of his thoughts once the teacher started talking and looked at the new boy confused. 'A new student... Huh...', he thought as he looked at the pink haired inkling before turning his gaze back to the teacher.

Aloha noticed some of the students staring at him but couldn't help but notice one certain orange inkling. 'He looks kinda cute...', he thought but stopped when he was told to introduce himself.

"Well I'm Aloha~ I just moved here not too long ago. It's nice to meet ya all~", he said happily and smiled at his new class.

"Good. You can sit down next to Army since there's still an empty seat.", said their teacher pointing to the table next to Army.

'What?! Why next to me??', thought Army. 'Nevermind... As long as that idiot leaves me alone during class...', he thought. Aloha nodded and sat down at the table next to Army. "Hei I'm Aloha~", whispered the pink haired inkling over to the other and smiled brightly.

Army just rolled his eyes. "I'm Army... Now it would be nice if you could keep quiet so I can concentrate on class. Thank you.", he told the other without even looking at him. "Whatever you say ~", said Aloha and looked over to the teacher.

***Little time skip after class***

After class ended Army immediately packed all of his stuff together and before Aloha could even start a conversation with the smaller inkling he was already gone. 'Huh? Where did he go?', he wondered and grabbed his own stuff. He then walked out of the classroom and around in search for his own locker.

On his way to his own locker he found Army though. He couldn't help but let his gaze wander down to his butt. 'I really have to admit he has a nice bottom...', he thought and couldn't help blushing.

'Let's approach him I guess~', he thought and went over to the other. He grabbed him by the butt as a joke and whispered into his ear:"Hei Army ~ Nice to see you again."

Army yelped when he felt someone grab his butt and out of reflex slapped the other across his face. Aloha was quite shocked for a moment until everything started to get colourful for the both of them.

Army looked around surprised before looking back to Aloha. "Y-you...", he mumbled and blushed bright orange. "How pretty...", muttered Aloha as he looked around. His gaze soon shifted back to Army. "So ~ guess you're my soulmate then?", he purred and smiled at the other.

"Then let's introduce ourselves properly this time. I'm Aloha and you?", he asked him and held out his hand.

"A-Army... My name's Army...", he stuttered and took the others hand in his own, shaking it.

"You wouldn't mind and help me find my locker by any chance ? I'm new here and I don't really know where everything is...", asked Aloha and laughed quietly.

Army sighed and nodded. "Fine... What number do you have?", he asked him.

"Wait... A moment... I got it somewhere", replied the other and looked around in his pants pockets to find the small letter where he wrote it down. "Found it ~", he said and took the small paper. "102", he said aloud.

Army looked quite surprised. "Well that's right next to my own locker actually... Just follow me.", he said and lead the way to their lockers. "Here it is. This is your locker.", he said and smiled at the other. "Oh~ okay thank you!", replied Aloha and pecked the others cheek.

Army couldn't help but blush bright orange and push the other off. "S-stop that?!", he whined and looked away. "Awe how cute when you get all flustered~ Anyway wanna eat lunch together?", asked Aloha and took Army's hand in his own.

Army looked over to their hands, still blushing bright orange and nodded. "F-fine... Just this once...", he mumbled. So the both of them headed over to the cafeteria to eat lunch together.
