Kaya looked up at her roof as she smiled, remembering the good times with Mark and Jamie. But the smile was quickly vanished once that night had came back to her memory. She couldn't understand why her own brother had done such things to his family, which may of included her. It was something she tried to avoid during her time when up for adoption and staying with her new family, a family who loves her like she was their very own daughter.

Why did you do it, Mark? Kayla wondered, feeling hatred towards him because of everything he did to their family.

But, suddenly, icy cold breathing breathed roughly on her right cheek. Startled, she sat up and looked around as her face paled with fear creeping in. She could still feel the air on her, which slowly became rougher each breath.

"Kayla Hall," An unkown airy voice said instantly after the breathing suddenly stopped.

"Get away from m-me!" She yelled, but it didn't stop it from continuing to do the usual thing they did.

Slowly, it walked away from her and went to wall she faced, revealing it's shadowy identify. She looked at with wide eyes, but didn't get a chance to say anything more because it ran straight to her, fast.

It strangled her to her death.

The shadow, who was the strangler, is not a disorder and is not a virus, instead, it's a creature. Years had passed from what happened to Mark that people had found out about it and what exactly is it. They called it the Shadow because of their shadow appearance.

What the Shadows did during their time of day was strange and bizarre.

Everyday, one Shadow would go to someone and control or sometimes, manipulate them into killing another person. Also, they were able to do something most would say is impossible. The shadows sometimes controlled two or more minds into making them believe their victim was awful, which always resulted to the Shadow's victim raging with uncontrollable anger, that most of the time leads them to killing them.

Apparently, the Shadows come from a realm that has been having endless battles between good and evil. The good is what the people believe is the cure that appear to look like a bright, white light like a glowing angle. The evil is the dark shadows that like to entertain themselves with killing their victims and making their victims kill.

After finding out about where they belonged, some began to believe that fantasy was in fact, very true.

But little did they know that exploring more of their home only made them angry, which ended up with Earth still standing but humanity completely extinct.

Worst. Epilogue. Ever.

And YIKES! I have fucken finished a story on Wattpad. I won't say this is the first story I have ever completed because I have finished other stories before, but just not on Wattpad.

Wait...this isn't my first completed story on Wattpad. I have others. Oh....

But I am still happy! I HAVE FINISHED IT! Yikes! Yikes! YIKES! *faints and dies*

*comes back to life* THANKYOU SO MUCH TO ALL THE READERS WHO HAD CONTINUED SUPPORTING MY STORY! If you didn't, I don't think I would've ended up completing this story!

Okay, so this isn't the end just yet. I'll update this book very soon. It will contain some extra stuff about this story. I will tell you what would've happened if the shadow never revealed itself, answer questions about the story that you want answered, tell you what inspired me and I will probably rant about how much I hated and loved writing this story. Might do more things, but for me now that's all.

Thankyou again, Wattpaders!
