-Hawk's view point-

I woke up to the buzzing sound of the alarm clock. I let out a tired grown and rolled over to start wacking at to make it shut up. Finally I felt it under my hand and found the switch. I lift my head up and yawned. Feathers every where, and I still had my clothes on from last night. I sat up, "god I feel like shit." I moaned. I yawned and stretched out my arms and wings. Finally everything hit me from lat night. "FUCK! KID?!". Jumped up and ran out into the living room.

Yukino was making creapes with apple slices. I ran up behind her and hugged her, wrapping my wings around her. I felt her body become stiff.

"Sir, are you okay!?" She asked, stiffening. Her body slowly soften.

"God kid I'm so sorry about last night." I barried my head into her shoulder. I felt her squirm a little, trying to make sure the food doesn't burn.

"Sir Hawks it's okay, don't worry about it." She said so sweetly.

I could still smell the fresh rain and flowers on her. "Oh yeah your wings!" I shouted. I back up and saw them folded in, like fly would. She was wearing an opened back tshirt, I gave her last night. "Wait so that's how you hide them?" I asked.

She turned her head to the side. "Unlike my father I'm more of a damselfly then a dragonfly." She opened up her beautiful wings, they were giant compared to her body. Then she pulled them back in, and they rested up against her body. "My can fold in and out while his can't. I got the wings from him and ice from my mother."

She slid the creape on to a plate and started making another batch. "The sad part is, wings on bugs, when they break or rip they're done they don't grow back." She turned and looked at me. Her icy blue eyes studying my face.

"So in order to use my ice I have to first coat my wings first other wise the coldness could rip them." I pulled my hand to my chin trying to take in all the information. "That's why I try to cover them and try not to use them. It's not like they are fragile or anything, it's just I don't want to risk it."

"But if you got wings you should stretch them out and fly, there is no need for to be confined to the ground." I said, and I meant that in more ways then one.

She looked down and hid her face behind her hair. "Look baby bird, all I'm saying is don't the ground chain you up. Be free do what makes you happy." I put my hand under her chin so she would look at me and with my free hand I tucked some of her silvery hair behind her elf ears.

I studied her face, she kept reminding me of someone, but still don't know who. I smelt something burning. I saw her eyes widden "OH NO!" She turned and slid the burnt creape out of the pan. "Well shoot." She scoffed.

I smiled. "It's fine kid I'll stop distracting ya." I laughed. I walked out of the kitchen and sat on the couch. She went back to cooking, and making tea.
