When you look in the mirror ,
Say I deserve better .
When you look at your reflection,
Say I love you forever.
When you look at yourself ,
Say you are beautiful .
Stop painting your self with negativity and start with painting yourself with positivity .
You are beautiful just the way you are so never be ashamed to say it to yourself or out loud.
