as y/n and sunghoon walked into school hand-in-hand, all eyes were on the two of them.

after all, they were hanging out a lot, so it was no surprise to everyone that they were officially together.

they've been dating for about a month now, and the stares were normal for them, so they ignored it.

well, sunghoon did.

y/n didn't like all the attention, so her grip on his hand tightened every time.

the two of them walked towards jay and jake, jake looking like he was on the verge of tears.

sunghoon raised his eyebrow, "jake, are you good?"

jake only groaned, "i forgot to study for my test today and if i fail it, my grade will go down so much."

jay couldn't help but laugh, which caused jake to smack him.

"this is not funny!" jake yelled.

y/n felt bad for him, "what time is your class?"

"the end of the day," jake sighed.

"okay, while we're all eating lunch, i can help you study," she told him.

his eyes widened, "seriously?"

the girl nodded, "thank you, y/n!" jake side hugged her.

"hey!" sunghoon ripped jake off of her, "don't hug her!"

y/n giggled at the two, "jay, do you need help with studying too?"

jay looked up from his phone, "nah, i'm good."

"your grades say other wise," jake laughed quietly.

"shut up, short ass," jay pushed him.

"please, not you acting as if you're not only two inches taller than me," jake rolled his eyes.

"y/n is almost as tall as you," jay told him, which shut jake up.

"well, i think i'm gonna stay this height forever," she laughed awkwardly, "so don't worry jake, you'll forever be taller than me."

he smiled, "thanks, i think."

"well hopefully i stay this height forever," she said quietly, causing the others to laugh.

sunghoon back hugged her, "i don't care if you're taller than me, i'd still be in love with you."

she chuckled, "me too."

"well, maybe."

sunghoon let go, and looked at her in disbelief.

she started laughing at his face, "i was joking."

the bell then rung, "see you guys at lunch," jay said and walked off with jake.

sunghoon kissed y/n on the forehead, "i'll see you at lunch, okay?"

she hummed in response, "love you."

"i love you too," and he ran off to his class.

lunch rolled around, and the four of them met at the rooftop.

y/n arrived a little bit late, so she saw the other three sitting and talking.

"sorry, i'm a bit late."

"you're good," they said.

she grabbed her lunchbox, and the extra bento to share with the boys.

as they all talked and ate, jake was struggling with studying.

"i seriously don't get the english language," jake said.
