Oh that time of the Month

The pain in your lower abdomen only seemed to be getting worse. You were curled up in a ball in the middle of the floor seeing as laying flat didn't seem to work.

  A low groan escaped you as you closed your eyes tight. It was the first day of your period and you were already contemplating downing an entire bottle of Advil and then chug some NyQuil and sleep it off.

  Another wave of the tiny contractions hit you causing you to let out a loud whimper. You couldn't help but laugh at yourself in your head. You always found yourself on the cool tile of your bathroom floor during your periods, it was soothing in a way.

"Y/N! I'm back!" Veronica called from down the hall. You let out a loud groan alerting her to the fact that you had migrated to the bathroom. She walked in and looked at you sympathetically as she kneeled down next to you. "I'm sorry baby, but I got you your favorites."

You perched up a bit as she fully sat down crisscross in front of you. You slowly pushed yourself up to a sitting position as she pulled everything out of the CVS bag.

"So, I got you the supper tampons and pads because I know you're usually heavier the first few days. I got your favorite and second favorite chips. A shit ton of chocolate and your favorite drinks." She smiled brightly at you.

Your heart practically melted as you looked over everything she had gotten you. "Thank you, baby." You whispered before leaning in and pressing a gentle kiss to her lips. It's was short-lived however as your cramps hit you full force causing you to clutch your stomach and double over on the floor.

"Oh! Yeah, that reminds me." She shot up from her spot on the floor causing you to look up at her in confusion before your face contorted in pain and you closed your eyes tight. You barely heard her leave as you were whimpering and moaning in pain.

  She came back about a minute later although you didn't look up at her. Soon she was sitting back in her original spot and gently moving your arms from your stomach. You wanted to fight it but frankly didn't have the energy to.

  You felt a new weight against your stomach and before you could ask what was happening a soothing heat filled your abdomen. You sighed in relief as the cramps began to subside a bit. Looking down at the heating pad Veronica had placed on you-you smiled softly.

  "You came prepared, thank you." You shifted so that your head was in her lap promoting her to begin to run her fingers through your hair. You let out a content sigh and relaxed against her.

You two stayed there for the next hour or so until your cramps fully subsided. You got up and moved to your bedroom to get a bit more comfortable. Veronica stayed behind to use the bathroom.

  After you had placed all your snacks on your nightstand and within arms reach you began to crawl into bed.

"GODDAMNIT!" You nearly jumped out of tote skin at the sound. There was a beat of silence before Veronica called out to you.

"Baby...can I use some of your tampons?...and pads?"
