Chapter six: The Meeting Place

(Lee's POV)

As soon as I got into the gate, I ran over to Carley. To my surprise she ran over to me, as well.

"Hey, Carley. I always wanted to tell you something." I said nervously.

"Yeah, I'd like to talk to you too." Carley said trying not to blush.

"I've been meaning to tell you this for a while, but I've never really had the guts to do so, but I've really taken a liking towards you and I'm wondering if you feel the same way about me." I said.

"Well, Lee. The feeling is mutual."

My heart started to beat faster and I could feel that I was turning red.

(Carley's POV)

Lee's face is really red, he really does like me. Interesting.

I take it upon myself to reach up to him and kiss him on the lips.

"You're gonna have to be a bit more talkative if this is gonna work." I said.
