Chapter 8

CAMERON'S POV

"I love you", Jess smiled and rested her head on my shoulder.

I've never loved someone so much, she was everything I needed, I just wanted to spend the rest of my life with her. Now that she has managed herself to forget about the fact that she only has about three months left in this world, it start to haunt me everyday. Just thinking about a day, when she's not by my side, I wouldn't know what to do anymore.

"Yay!", Jess cheered as I pushed the door open.

"Home sweet home", Nash sang.

We decided to have quick little meat pies for dinner and went to bed.

I walked into Jess's room.

"Hey babe"

"Hey", she turned around, she was wiping her make-up.

"I didn't know you wear make-up?", I asked.

"I only wore it today, because we were going out", she explained.

"Oh okay", I walked over to her bed and sat next to her.

"Thanks Cameron", she said, "for making me the happiest girl on earth, I would do anything to return for everything you've done for me", she looked in my eyes.

I held her hand and hugged her, I just wanted the time to pause right at this moment, "You're all I need", I whispered, "we completed your goals".

I felt her shaking so I let go and looked into her eyes. She was crying, "Cameron, I", she wrapped her arms around me and fell onto my chest, "I just want to meet you at 22, marry you when I'm 25, and have three kids with you, I want to grow old with you, sit by you at our baby's graduation. I want to discuss with you about our daughter's boyfriend. I want to wake up everyday next to you to the day all our teeth are gone and our hair are no longer the same colour." She stopped and looked up at me, "I wish I took care of myself more, I wish I took those symptoms seriously, I wi-", she stopped, "I wish I didn't meet you, so you can live happily, I would never want you to go through the pain I'm going through".

"Jess listen", I said as my eyes start to get teary, "meeting you was the best thing that's ever happened to me. I want you to be happy, when you smile, I smile", I kissed her cheek, "Maybe in another life, we'll meet again, and we'll do everything you said before", I smiled.

She nodded and stopped crying. She wiped her face and grabbed her phone, "Hey, I liked your page on Facebook, and I followed you on Vines too, oooh! Instagram"

She opened the app and searched my name up, "Cameron Dallas", she whispered.

A few seconds went passed. "Oh my god Cameron! What the hell", she yelled at her phone, "I look terrible".

I fell back laughing. I guess she saw the picture I took of her when we were picnicking while she was packing the food out.

"Why would you post that?", she slapped my leg, "I'm gonna get so much hate"

"Really?", I smirked, "You'll get my love in return".

She looked at me blankly, then shrugged her shoulders and looked back at her phone.

"Hey!", I pretended to be offended and tackled her. She screams as I tickled her neck and her ribs, I cracked up in laughter, we were in full happiness.

"Hey", she said in a sleepy voice.

"Hmm?"

"My birthday's in a week"

I jumped up, "So is mine!"

We screamed and laughed until we heard knocks on the door.

"Come in", Jess said.

Nash walked in, "Can you guys, shut up? I'm really tired and y'all just won't stop screaming."

We laughed again.

"My belly's about to explode", I wiped the tear off my eye from laughing.

"I'm about to get a six-pack like you Cameron", Jess said feeling her stomach. We fell back laughing again.

Nash gave up and shakes his head then walked out.

Once we stopped laughing and calmed down, I unlocked my phone and opened instagram, "What's your username?", I asked her.

I looked up at me and looked at my phone, "Oh, Jessie Dalls, no space", she said.

"Is it typo?"

"What?"

"Your last name should be "Dallas"", I smirked, she stared at me and gasped like she remembered something, we were married.

"Nah just joking", I laughed, we weren't officially signed up or anything.

She sighed and smiled. I followed her back and she watched her followers rise instantly, "This is crazy".

I grinned. I turned the light off and we got under the covers, we cuddled and fell as sleep eventually.
