Chapter 10 - Surprise!

"I love you so fucking much", Cameron whispered.

"I love you too", she smiled and wrapped her legs around him.

"You're lucky Nash isn't home"

"Oh crap I totally forgot about him", she gasped.

Nash recently got asked to star in a movie a few days ago so he is never home, but he promised to be back before their birthday ends. Cameron reached his arm over and picked the book up and handed it to Jess, "Happy birthday", he grinned. She laughed and took it then kissed him on the cheek. 

She got up and walked to his closet to find a shirt and put it on, his shirt always look like a dress on her. Cameron watched her put it on and laughed. 

"Be right back", she said and walked back to her room, she grabbed her phone and the presents for Cameron.

A minute went by and Jess came back. "Happy birthday!", she yelled and jumped on his bed, Cam was still naked but he was under the covers.

"What's this?", he smiled as he took the little box from her hand.

"It's a little something", she smiled, "to remind you that no matter what I'm always by your side like the J, always beside the C", she pointed to the letters on the necklace.

"Aw", he smiled as he put it on. She handed him the letter and said, "read this later".

"Okay", he grinned and kissed her on the lips. 

Her phone started ringing and scared both of them, Jess jumped and they both laughed. She looked over at it, "Oh it's Kayla, aw", she smiled and answered it.

J: Hi Kayla baby

K: HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESSIE YOU EGG

J: Hahaha thanks Kay, love you.

K: You better, I've been staying up all night waiting for the clock to turn twelve

J: *laughs* Well congrats, you're the first call today.

K: Well, I don't expect anyone else to call you... I mean what?

J: Ouch! *laughs*

K: *laughs* Well, I'm tired so again have a fabulous birthday get spoiled blablablah.

J: I will, good night Kayla.

K: Good morning Jess. 

*they both laughed and hung up*

"Who's that?", Cameron asked.

"It's my best friend Kayla", she smiled, "every year on my birthday she always wait til 12AM and calls me to wish me a happy birthday, isn't she cute?"

He nodded.

Another call comes up, "It's my dad!", she squealed.

J: Hey dad!

Dad: Hey darling, happy birthday! 

J: Thanks dad love you.

G: Happy birthday Jess!

J: Thanks Grace, when are you gonna give me my present?

G: Oh! We have the biggest present for you! *laughs evilly with her dad*

J: What?

G: But how's LA?

J: It's great I got married.

Graced yelled "What?" over the phone so loud that Cameron could hear it and he laughed.

J: Well I met Cameron and we fell in love, and we got married.

G: Wait wait wait, why so early?

J: Um because I am dying? And I wanted to finish my goals before I die. I want to live my life to the fullest.

G: Oh my god dad, she got married! *Grace tells her dad*

D: What?

G: I told you it was a terrible idea! Jess, the medical check was fake!

J: What?

G: Dad thought you were working too hard so he faked the medical check so you could go on a vacation.

Jess dropped her phone and turned to Cameron. She didn't know how to feel, angry because they lied to her, or happy because she isn't dying.

"We're screwed", Grace said to her dad.

"What?", Cameron asked confused by Jess's reactions.

"I don't have cancer"

Cameron froze in shock. They stared at each other for a few seconds then screamed and hugged each other in happiness. 

"Thank god!", Cameron smiled.

"I was so depressed", Jess laughed.

"Me too"

"Now I'm yours forever", she smirked.

"Oh dammit!", he joked and she punched his shoulder. He pulled her closer, "this is a dream come true".

"Yes", she whispered and closed her eyes, "let's do it all over again".

He sat up, getting the wrong idea. Jess looked at him for a moment than realised and laughed, "No not like that silly".

He blushed and scratched the back of his neck.

"Let's get married when I'm 25 and have three kids of ours", she smiled and looked into his eyes. He smiled back.

"But I guess your idea was alright", she shrugged and took off her shirt.
