"So, we, from Konoha's side, suggest to form a bigger alliance alongside with other small hidden village." Kakashi paused and looked at his advisor which is also his wife, Izumi (y/n). "My advisor will present about our suggestion and she will take over from here." He continued.
(y/n) slowly approach to the front. Her movements was a bit odd, she's walking like she's in pain.
"(y/n), are you okay?" Kakashi asked when he realised that she's not in a good shape.
(y/n) gave him a smile and continue with the presentation. However, since a few weeks ago, she's feeling a little bit out of the weather. She often felt dizzy and nauseous without any reason. Her legs always cramp out of sudden and her body felt a bit more heavier so she will enjoy her break time to the fullest which is of course, napping.
"So, we, the people of Konoha suggest to form a bigger alliance with Amegakure, Kusagakure, Hoshigakure, Yugakure and Okamigakure. With this, we can strengthen our defense syst-"
"(y-y/n)! Are you okay?" Kakashi stood up from his seat to look at his wife. She suddenly stopped talking. She crouched, pressing her belly to ease the pain. Then, she ran out of the meeting room because she felt like she wants to throw up.
Kakashi wants to chase after her but Kotetsu and Izumo halted him from doing so because they're still in the middle of an important meeting. He's the Hokage and he needs to perform for the sake of his village. It was a big international meeting and it's definitely very important especially for the Shinobi world.
"I-I'm sorry for that sudden... Uuhh... Okay, let me continue on her behalf." Kakashi continue the presentation while his heart still worrying about his wife.

(Your POV)
I let out almost all of my stomach content and I sat on the floor. My head hurts so much. I don't know what in the world is happening to me. I just hope that my sudden action doesn't cause any trouble for Kakashi-kun.
"Uughh... My head aches..." I groaned while pressing my stomach. I keep feeling like throwing up until now. I want to go home... But, I can't leave Kakashi-kun alone doing all the work. I'm his advisor and being the Hokage's advisor is my dream since I was a kid.
I tried to get up on my feet and wobbled back to Kakashi's office. I threw myself on the couch and lie down on it. I can't do any works for now. I want to go back home. I will wait for Kakashi-kun first and asked if I can take a leave for today.

(Kakashi's POV)
Finally! The meeting is over! I ran slowly to those two and asked them about (y/n). I'm so worried about her right now. I don't want anything bad happens to her.
"Kotetsu, Izumo, did you saw (y/n) anywhere?"
"Uuhh... I don't know..." Kotetsu answered.
"I think... I saw her went into your office a few moments ago. You can search for her there, Hokage-sama." Izumo said.
"Thanks." I said and went straight to my office. I haven't eaten anything yet but that's not a big matter right now. It's my wife!
I opened the door and I saw her sleeping on the couch. Her face is kinda red and feverish. I placed my hand on her forehead to check her temperature.
